Observation Of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe In Prevention And Treatment Of Colorectal Adenomatous Polyp Recurrence

Objective: This research through the use of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu recipe treatment by colonoscopy after resection and histopathological diagnosis for colorectal adenomatous polyps test using randomized controlled methods,that after polypectomy of traditional Chinese medicine intervention treatment can reduce the recurrence rate of colorectal adenoma and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.To objectively evaluate curative effect of colorectal adenoma resection with the intervention of TCM treatment to reduce the short-term recurrence rate of colorectal adenoma and improve the patient’s symptoms,this research provide the basis for effective Chinese medicine plan for preventing the recurrence of colorectal adenoma after surgery for clinical.Method: Selected outpatient 62 patients from Hospital gastroenterology dept in March 2016 to February 2017 who met the inclusion criteria,the patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine intervention group and control group of 31 cases.There were 30 cases in each group actually,because 1 cases of the two groups fell naturally during the test.Two groups of patients with colonoscopy for adenoma resection was treated with internal bleeding,anti infection,nutritional support and treatment for 1-3 days.The traditional Chinese medicine intervention group of postoperative recovery after eating were given Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu recipe for 8 weeks and the control group in addition to the conventional treatment were not given medicine and other treatment;In the course of treatment,if there are special circumstances The patients were followed up timely or instructed.all patients were followed up after 6 months and asked about symptoms,A week ago before endoscopy.all patients were required for colonoscopy.If we found polyps,we must resected them immediately,and record the situation of the recurrence.The two groups of polyp recurrence and improvement of symptoms were compared by statistical analysis.Result: The clinical study shows :(1)The efficacy of individual symptoms:In abdominal pain,anorexia,watery stool and anal symptoms of heartburn,traditional Chinese medicine intervention group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In body tired asthenia and tenesmus symptom,Chinese medicine intervention group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)The total effect of TCM: The traditional Chinese medicine group total effectiveness 93.33%,control group total effectiveness 70%,traditional Chinese medicine intervention group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The short-term recurrence rate:of Chinese medicine intervention group A total of 30 cases,3 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 10%,control group a total of 30 cases,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 20%.Chinese medicine intervention group and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu recipe can improve clinical symptoms of patients with colorectal adenoma resection significantly.It is obvious in improving abdominal pain,anorexia,watery stool and anal symptoms of heartburn,no obvious toxic and side effects,good safety.In the prevention of short-term recurrence on the adenoma,This prescription is not significantly different with simple polyp removal.
