Comprehensive Evaluation Of Central Precocious Girls Based On Real World Study

Objective:This study from the clinical common Yin deficiency fire flourishing type idiopathic central precocious girls（ICPP）,investigate the risk factors,and involve objective index comprehensive analysis,to provide a basis for better clinical prevention and treatment of precocious puberty.Methods:Collection of Shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatient and ward from December 2019 to December 2021 with Yin deficiency fire type ICPP traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnostic standards girls as an observation group,record its objective index data,at the same time of 1:1 ratio in our hospital of 6～10 normal growth and development girls as a control group,both groups to fill in the questionnaire,and human composition analysis.Relevant data were entered into the Excel form,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS25.0.Results:1.A total of 60 children were collected,with 54 showing breast development before age 8 and 6 showing early menstruation before age 10.2.Early puberty and low birth weight,infant breast development or false menstruation,intake of dessert carbonated drinks,more fried food,intake of dairy products（average>250ml per day）,small night lights,stay up late,short sleep time,mother’s short height,and parents’high BMI,Statistical differences existed between groups（P<0.05）;In terms of birth height,mother’s pregnancy,large amount of staple food and meat,exercise time,supplements,use of adult skin care products and plastic products,parents’education,height of father’s height,There were no statistical differences between the groups（P>0.05）.3.Human composition analysis shows that the observed group exceeded the control group in height,weight,BMI and percentage of body fat,and there were statistical differences（P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference in skeletal muscle percentage（P>0.05）.4.After bivariate Spearman correlation analysis,uterine volume was positively associated with LH,E₂,LH peak of excitation test and LH/FSH（P<0.05）.BMI was positively correlated with TSH and LH（P<0.05）and not associated with LH peak and LH/FSH（P>0.05）.Conclusion:1.The onset of precocious puberty is affected by many factors,not only with congenital factors,but also with acquired lifestyle.However,judging from the medical situation,parents’understanding of the disease is still not comprehensive.2.Girls with Yin deficiency fire type ICPP are higher than normal girls in height,weight,BMI and body fat,which is inconsistent with the previous appearance characteristics of"body wasting"of children with this evidence type.3.Gynecologic color ultrasound is related with sex hormone level.The combination of the two can improve diagnostic accuracy.4.BMI and thyroid function and endocrine levels are correlated,and the specific mechanism needs to be further explored.
