Clinical Research Of Dieli Zuojin Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Heat Stagnation In Liver And Stomach Type

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dieli Zuojin Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with liver and stomach heat stagnation,and to provide a new reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: According to inclusion criteria,patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group received Dieli Zuojin Decoction combined with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,for 8 weeks.The scores of TCM clinical symptoms,gastroscopic grading and RDQ scale of all patients from the beginning to the end of treatment were statistically analyzed.At 4 weeks after the end of treatment,RDQ scale of effective patients in the group were followed up and recorded,and data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 to evaluate the efficacy and safety of drugs.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of TCM efficacy and RDQ score(P < 0.05).In addition,the two groups had similar clinical efficacy in improving gastroscopic grading(P > 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of TCM efficacy and RDQ score(P < 0.05).In addition,the two groups had similar clinical efficacy in improving gastroscopic grading(P > 0.05).2.In terms of evaluation of single TCM symptoms,both the treatment group and the control group had a good effect on the treatment of acid reflux,noise and burning pain behind the sternum(P<0.05),but for the treatment of upset,irritability,two hypochondriac fullness and constipation,the treatment group had a significant effect(P<0.01),and the control group had no significant effect(P>0.05).3.The RDQ score was followed up 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was 13.30% and 40.00%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was more significant.4.There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the study period.Conclusion: Dieli Zuojin Decoction has a definite effect on reflux esophagitis with heat stagnation in liver and stomach,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosa status of patients.The long-term treatment effect is reliable,and the drug safety is guaranteed,and it has clinical promotion value.
