| Objective: To observe the relief degree of clinical symptoms in treating reflux esophagitis with stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome,and to observe the improvement of esophageal mucosal inflammation after treatment,and to explore the comprehensive clinical efficacy of Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction.Methods: 1.Collect 71 cases patients of reflux esophagitis with stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome from January 2017 to December 2018 in the outpatient and inpatient department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into the treatment group with 36 cases and the control group with 35 cases by random number table.The treatment group of medication adherence not according to stipulations in 4 patients,2 patients were not regular follow-up,3 patients in the control group have not been regular visit,2 cases of patients with other influence treatment effect drugs,actually included in the analysis of the research object,a total of 60 cases.There is no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups.2.The treatment group was treated with Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction,which mainly consisted of Chaihu 10 g,Xiangfu 10 g,Huangqin 10 g,Chenpi 10 g,Pugongying 15 g,Zhuru 15 g,Huzhang 10 g and Haipiaoxiao 10 g.On this basis,according to the actual clinical symptoms of patients,the medicine was added or subtracted.The traditional Chinese medicine prescription was provided by the granule pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine in Dongzhimen Hospital.One dose per day,mixing in boiled water for oral taking,a bag half an hour before breakfast and a bag two hours after dinner.The control group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules(Hangzhou Sino-American East China Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine quasi-word H20010032,40mg/granule),40 mg once a day,taken on an empty stomach in the morning.The whole course of treatment lasted 8 weeks.During the medication,we should avoid spicy stimulating diet and keep good mood.Before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the patients filled in the TCM syndrome rating form,and the before and after symptoms were scored.Gastroscopy was performed before and after treatment,and the before and after gastroscopy scores were compared.Through statistical analysis,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction on reflux esophagitis,and the blood,urine and stool routine + fecal occult blood,liver and kidney function tests and electrocardiogram examination were performed before and after taking the drugs to understand the possible adverse reactions of the drugs.3.Statistical analysis method: SPSS20.0 application software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.The chi-square test was used for counting data.The measurement data were tested by t test and rank sum test.Results: 1.Combined with the clinical therapeutic effect evaluation standard of comprehensive,treatment group cure rate 23.33%,total effective rate 86.67%,control group cure rate 16.67%,total effective rate 73.33%,two groups of clinical comprehensive curative effect efficient no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.On the score of TCM syndromes,the average score of the treatment group was 18.07±1.172 before treatment,5.13±1.121 after treatment,19.20±1.447 before treatment and 9.40±1.410 after treatment.There were differences in TCM syndrome points between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),the results indicated that both groups showed significant improvement in syndrome points of reflux esophagitis after treatment,and there was a statistical difference in TCM syndrome points between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that the improvement of TCM syndrome score by Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction was better than Pantoprazole.3.There was no significant difference in endoscopic grading points between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was a significant difference in the comparison of endoscopic scores before and after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.01).It showed that Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction and Pantoprazole had significant effect on improving endoscopy score of reflux esophagitis.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of gastroscope score between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions: Xingqi Qingjiang Decoction has definite curative effect in treating reflux esophagitis with stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome.It can obviously improve clinical symptoms,improve esophageal lesions under gastroscopy,and has no obvious adverse reactions.So it is worthy of promotion and application. |
