Clinical Research On Chufanjiangnitang Treating Reflux Esophagitis Syndrome Of Stagnated Heat Of Liver And Stomach

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the chufanJiangni Decoction in the treat ment of reflux esophagitis,liver and stomach stagnation type,explore the possible mechanism,and provide theoretical support and clinical reference for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods : All cases were selected from 60 patients suffering from spleen-stomach outpatients department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and three six disease research rooms from December 2016 to December 2017.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method.The treatment group was given ChufanJiangni Decoction and the control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules.All patients were reviewed once a week for a total of four weeks.Before entering the group,fill in the reflux symptom questionnaire(Credit tolerance scale,RDQ),Quantification of symptoms of liver and stomach stagnation,and perform upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.Record TCM syndrome scores and the grade of esophagus mucosa under gastroscopy before and after treatment.At the end of the experiment,the data were collected,the data input was done by Excel worksheet,and the data analysis was made by SPSS17.0 software.Finally,the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,duration of illness,endoscopic classification,TCM syndrome scores,an d RDQ scores before treatment(P>0.05),and the balance was comparable.2.In ter ms of TCM syndromes,the total scores before and after treatment in two groups w ere compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 90.0% and 66.7%,respectively.The difference was statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of each single symptom before and after treatment(P<0.05);After tr eatment,the effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving main symptoms,irritability,burning pain after sternum,abdominal distention(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in hernia or regur gitation.There was no significant difference in belching or reflux,heartburn,hunger(P>0.05).3.In terms of the efficacy of endoscopic treatment after treatment was not statistically significant by rank sum test(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in improving endoscopy.4.In terms of safety,no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion : 1.ChufanJiangni Decoction is more effective than Western medicine in improving TCM syndromes of liver and stomach phlegm and heat,and the curative effect is prominent.At the same time,it has unique advantages in emotional regulation and improving the pain of epigastric fullness.2.The curative effect of Chufanjiangni decoction in improving the inflammation of esophagus mucosa is equivalent to rabeprazole.3.ChufanJiangni Decoction is safe and effective for the treatment of Reflux Esophagitis Syndrome of Stagnated heat of Liver and Stomach.In summary,ChufanJiangni Decoction is effective in the treatment of liver and stomach stagnation type reflux esophagitis and is worthy of popularization and application.
