Objective:In this study,by screening high-risk groups of ischemic stroke in the community and conducting TCM constitution test,we analyzed the distribution of TCM constitution in high-risk groups and the correlation between stroke risk factors and TCM constitution,in order to provide a reference for the prevention of stroke by TCM.Methods:The subjects of this study came from 3 communities in Shiliulihe,Zhenxing Street and Nanxinzhuang in Jinan City.Through the "2020 Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Risk Factors Community and Township Population Screening Form",community residents were screened for high-risk stroke and basic The clinical information survey was conducted to identify the TCM constitution according to the "Classification and Judgment of TCM Constitution(ZYYXH/T157-2009)" for eligible high-risk groups of stroke, and SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the relevant data.Results:1.A total of 579 high-risk groups of stroke were included in this study, including 271 males and 308 females, and the age distribution was concentrated in the 50-79 age group. The most common risk factors were hypertension, dyslipidemia and lack of exercise, accounting for 70.3%,68.2%,and 47.8%,respectively.The distribution of TCM constitutions was mostly phlegm-dampness,yin-deficiency,and blood-stasis,accounting for 20.4%,16.2%,and 15.7%,respectively.2.According to the chi-square test, hypertension is related to phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency, blood stasis, and qi stagnation(P<0.05);diabetes is related to phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency,qi deficiency, and blood stasis(P<0.05).dyslipidemia was related to phlegm-dampness,qi deficiency, and blood stasis(P<0.05);smoking was related to damp-heat,yin deficiency, and qi deficiency(P<0.05);obvious overweight or obesity was related to qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness,damp-heat,and yang deficiency(P<0.05);lack of exercise was related to qi deficiency and qi stagnation(P<0.05);atrial fibrillation was related to qi deficiency, yin deficiency, and yang deficiency(P<0.05);the past history of stroke was related to Yin deficiency(P<0.05);the past history of transient ischemic attack had no significant correlation with each constitution(P>0.05);heavy drinking was related to damp-heat and phlegm-dampness(P>0.05);salty taste was related to damp-heat quality and blood stasis quality(P<0.05);meat-heavy diet was related to damp-heat quality,phlegm-dampness quality and blood stasis quality(P<0.05).3.After binary Logistic regression, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obvious overweight or obesity are the risk factors for phlegm-dampness in high-risk groups of stroke;hypertension, diabetes, and salty taste are the risk factors for blood-stasis in high-risk groups of stroke Factors;hypertension, diabetes, smoking, and atrial fibrillation are risk factors for yin deficiency in high-risk groups of stroke.Conclude:1.The high-risk population of stroke is mainly middle-aged and elderly. The risk factors are hypertension, dyslipidemia, lack of exercise, obvious overweight or obesity, smoking, diabetes, family history of stroke, and atrial fibrillation, which should be strictly controlled at ordinary times.2.The high-risk population of stroke is dominated by biased constitutions, mainly phlegm-dampness,blood stasis, and yin deficiency. In the clinical guidance and prevention work, the corresponding physical characteristics and the tendency of future diseases can be considered, and bad living habits can be changed in time, and targeted TCM conditioning can be used to prevent the occurrence of diseases.
