Objective To analysis of two screening results of 520 cases high-risk population of troke,to investigate distribution characteristics of high risk and the change of high risk population without intervention, and to provide evidence for prevention of stroke. Methods The 559 high-risk population of stroke were screened for residents aged 40 years in 2014.The same screening method was used 559 to investigate residents in 2017,the high-risk population involved a total of 520 cases, but for the number of dead and the non-responders.All the data were descriptively analyzed by rate and percentage. Results 1.The characteristics of high-risk population of stroke:The majority of the subjects were 60-69 years old, rural men with elementary education.2.The risk factors of high-risk population of stroke in descending order of detection rates were dyslipidemia(81.57%),apparently overweight or obesiity(47.23%),hypertension(35.78%),lack of exercise(19.68%),smoking(18.07%),diabetes(14.31%),family history of stroke(6.80%)and atrial fibrillation(0.36%).3.The detection rate of atheromatous plague tended to increase with increasing age(P<0.05).4.The average TC and LDL-C rose and BMI is overweight or obese in high-risk population of stroke and the blood pressure?fasting blood glucose?BMI?TC of the levels significantly increase and HDL decrease, compared with the data of 2017 or 2014.5.In just three years,we find 31 new cases of stroke among high-risk population of stroke. Conclusion The detection rate of dyslipidemia occupied the first position in high-risk population of stroke. The risk factors of high-risk population of stroke show the ascending tendency,so we need to strengthen the science of preventiom.
