Professor Luo Weisheng’s Clinical Experience In Using Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction

Objective:The purpose is to summarize Professor Luo Weisheng’s clinical experience of using Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction and its related academic ideas,and promote the inheritance of famous traditional Chinese medicine academic ideas and clinical experience.Methods: The medical records of Professor Luo Weisheng’s using Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction from January 2019 to December 2020 were systematically sorted and entered into Excel files.The collected cases were accurately entered into the database after standardized treatment by using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system.Using statistical analysis methods such as frequency analysis and correlation analysis,and using the golden section rate,data mining is carried out on the age,gender,symptoms,prescription and medication of patients.The research results are presented in the form of words and charts,discussed,and analyzed the indications of Professor Luo Weisheng’s use of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction to find the law of drug compatibility,To summarize the clinical experience of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.Result:1.Basic information: In terms of gender,there were 135 male patients(49%)and 141 female patients(51%),mostly female patients;The main age range of the application population is 30 to 60 years old,mainly young and middle-aged people,accounting for 76.45%.2.Tongue pulse: The tongue color is mainly light red tongue and light white tongue,and the tongue shape is mainly tooth mark tongue;The tongue coating is mainly white and greasy;The pulse is mainly composed of stringed pulse and deep fine pulse.3.Symptoms: The name of the disease is stomach pain,fullness,diarrhea,asthenia,hypochondriac pain and abdominal pain.(n ≥ 10),mainly for the treatment of spleen,stomach and liver diseases;The main clinical symptoms include loose stool,irritability,insomnia,abdominal distension,stomach pain,dry mouth and bitter mouth;The secondary symptoms were belching,acid reflux,loss of appetite,mental fatigue,abdominal pain and bad breath.4.Medication: The original prescription and dosage are Radix Bupleuri(10-24g),radix paeoniae alba(10-30g),ginseng(5-15g),Atractylodes macrocephala(10-15g),Poria Cocos(10-24g),licorice(6-12g),tangerine peel(6-12g),Pinellia ternata(5-10g).The most frequently used flavored drugs are drugs for Invigorating Qi,removing dampness,tonifying and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Through the analysis of medication mode and drug association rules,it is concluded that there are 10 core drugs of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction to the main formula,followed by Cyperus,angelica,wood incense,Amomum villosum,Fructus aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,corydalis Corydalis,toosendan,Coptis chinensis and malt.Conclusion:Professor Luo Weisheng widely uses Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in clinical practice,closely adheres to the pathogenesis of stagnation of liver qi and weakness of spleen and stomach,follows the principle of "overall concept of syndrome differentiation and simultaneous treatment of different diseases",bases on the middle coke,takes care of the spleen and stomach,regulates qi mechanism,and adds and subtracts drugs with symptoms.His experience has a good prospect in the clinical application of digestive system.
