Objectives: To prove the significant clinical effect of the therapy of the combination of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of frequent nictitation with pattern of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity through clinical observation of that in the improvement of the symptoms such as eye dryness,blinking,rubbing eyes and the improvement degree of each observation index.Through the application of Earth-reinforcing and wood-reducing method and under the treatment principle of strengthening the spleen,calming the liver and improving the eyesight,it has provided a practical and effective basis to the treatment plans while treating frequent nictitation.It helps to provide more reference for doctors in the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Cases of children diagnosed with frequent nictitation with pattern of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity in the Ophthalmology Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2021 were collected.A total of 72 children were selected as trial patients for the clinical treatment,and they were randomly classified into the treatment group and the control group for clinical observation.The treatment group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops while the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.There was a total of two courses of treatment,with a length of one month.The software SPSS26.0 was used to sort out the data,and a statistical analysis was conducted on the data before and after the sorting out.Results: 1.After a comparison and analysis of the basic conditions of the two groups of children,such as age,gender,etc.,it was found that there was no statistical difference in these factors before the treatment.2.After a comparison and analysis of the three indexes of the relief degree of eye discomfort symptoms,the situation of corneal fluorescence and breakup time of lacrimal membrane before and after the treatment,it was found that P<0.05,which showed that these two groups were statistically comparable,and there were significant differences.3.By comparing the total effective ratio between the two groups,it was found that P<0.05,and it was not difficult to find that the total effective ratio of 94.1%in the treatment group was better than that of 82.4% in the control group.Compared with the control group,it was apparent that the treatment group had obvious advantages in treating this disease according to the treatment results.Conclusion: The combination of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops has more significant clinical effects than the use of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops separately.Therefore,it has the value of reference and promotion in the clinical treatment of frequent nictitation.
