The Clinical Study Of Adding Or Subtracting Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Diarrhea Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of IBS-D,and to objectively provide index basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.From January 2020 to January 2021,we choose the Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine’s IBS-D patients who met the criteria of inclusion standard,they were arbitrarily divided into treatment group and control group,each group have 30 cases.2.We gave the Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction to the treatment group and gave the Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules to the the control group for three grains at a time.Both groups were twice daily,this treatment lasted for 4 weeks.3.Before treatment,we need to observe and record the basic data of patients.We record the patients’s symptom scores、IBS-QQL scores and SAS and SDS scores every two weeks.Results:One patient lost contact in the treatment group.One patient didn’t continue taking medicine in the control group.So each group have 29 cases.(1)After 2weeks,the treatment group was 68.97%,the control group was 44.83%.After 4 weeks,the treatment group was 89.6%,the control group was 62.06%(P<0.05).(2)The two groups’s main symptom scores were decreased after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).The stool frequency、bellyache and irritability were better in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in stool characteristics(P>0.05).(3)The two groups’s secondary symptom scores were decreased after treatment(P<0.01).After 4weeks,the poor appetite、sigh、chest distress were better in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in fatigue(P>0.05).(4)The two groups’s total scores were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),especially in the treatment group(P<0.01).(5)Quality of life,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01),especially in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can relieve the IBS-D patients’s clinical symptoms,enhance the quality of life,and decrease their emotional anxiety and depression.It is confirmed that Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction is an effective prescription for this disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
