Clinical Observation Of Sinierchen Decoction On Polypoid Lesions Of The Gallbladder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sinierchen Decoction in the treatment of gallbladder polyp(liver and gallbladder qi stagnation,phlegm and dampness accumulation type),and provide a new method and drug for clinical treatment of gallbladder polyp.Methods:All observed cases from January 2019 to June 2020 in the affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM internal medicine of liver in patients with gallbladder polyps,included in the standard of 62 patients with gallbladder polyps,divided into treatment group and control group,control group given Danshilitong tablets treatment,treatment group given Sinierchen Decoction treatment,with continuous treatment for three courses(A course of treatment is given for four weeks).After treatment and 6-month follow-up,TCM syndromes,changes in polyp diameter,gallbladder contraction function and improvement of gallbladder inflammation were observed,and a database was established for statistical analysis to evaluate efficacy and safety.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate was 57%in the experimental group and 34%in the control group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).2.TCM syndrome efficacy:the effective rate of the experimental group was 80%,and the effective rate of the control group was 53%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).3.Treatment effect of polyp:at the end of treatment,the effective rate of single polyp and multiple polyp in the experimental group was 59%and 54%;In the control group,the effective rate was 35%for single polyp and 33%for multiple polyp.The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the polyp diameter of the experimental group was stable,while that of the control group was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).4.Gallbladder contraction function:after treatment,the gallbladder contraction function was improved to varying degrees in both groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).5.Gallbladder inflammation changes:the effective rate of the experimental group was 68%,and that of the control group was 40%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Sinierchen Decoction has a good clinical effect on improving the TCM syndromes,delaying polyp growth rate,improving gallbladder contraction function and gallbladder inflammation in patients with gallbladder polyp(liver and gallbladder qi stagnation,phlegm-dampness accumulation type).There are no frequent and serious adverse reactions in the process of medication,which is worthy of clinical application.
