| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Lidan Huatan Decoction in treating gallbladder polypoid lesions with phlegm and blood stasis by observing the change of gallbladder polyp diameter detected by color Doppler ultrasound and the change of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas and new drug research and development basis for the treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods: According to the principle of random control,64 patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions with phlegm and blood stasis were enrolled and numbered according to the order before and after treatment.64 patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 in the test group and32 in the control group.First,two groups of general treatment were given.During the treatment period,32 patients in the test group were given Lidan Huatan Decoction for oral treatment,while the control group was given ursodeoxycholic acid capsule for oral treatment.After a course of treatment(12 weeks),the curative effect was evaluated according to image data,TCM syndrome score and safety indicators.Results: 1.Comprehensive efficacy analysis: After a course of treatment,the study showed that the symptoms and signs of 6 patients in the test group did not change,and the remaining 5 patients recovered,10 patients had obvious symptoms,11 patients were effective,and the overall effective rate reached 81.25% after treatment;In the control group,the symptoms and signs of 15 patients did not change,2 patients recovered,6 patients showed significant effect,9 patients had effective symptoms,and the overall efficiency was 53.13%.The results of the two groups showed that there was statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the test group was higher than that of the control group after treatment.2.Analysis of curative effect of single symptoms of polyps: After a course of treatment,the results showed that 8 patients in the test group recovered,2 patients had no change in symptoms and signs,4 patients in the remaining patients had obvious symptoms,5 patients showed effective symptoms,and the effective rate was 89.47% after treatment;The symptoms and signs of 10 patients in the control group did not change,only 3patients recovered,and 4 patients in the remaining patients showed significant signs,4 patients showed effective signs,and the overall effective rate reached 52.38% after treatment.Through statistical analysis and rank sum test,P<0.05,it showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups,It shows that the treatment effect of the test group is higher than that of the control group in the treatment of single polyp between the two groups after treatment.3.Analysis of the curative effect of polyp multiple symptoms: After a course of treatment,the results showed that none of the patients in the test group recovered,5 patients showed significant effect,and 4patients were effective,but the symptoms and signs of 4 patients changed,and the overall effective rate reached 69.23% after treatment;In the control group,there were no patients whose symptoms and signs recovered,but there were 6 patients whose symptoms and signs did not change.Among the remaining patients,3 patients had obvious symptoms,2 patients had effective symptoms,and the overall effective rate was 45.45%.After statistical analysis between the two groups,P>0.05,indicating that there was no statistical significance,indicating that the treatment effect of the two groups of drugs on multiple polyps was equivalent.4.Symptoms and signs effect analysis: After a course of treatment,the results showed that the symptoms and signs of 5 patients in the test group did not change,6 patients completely disappeared and recovered,8patients in the remaining patients showed obvious symptoms and signs,13 patients showed effective symptoms and signs,and the total effective rate was 84.38% after treatment;In the control group,there were 13 patients whose symptoms and signs did not change,only 1 patient whose symptoms and signs completely disappeared,8 of the remaining patients had significant signs,10 patients had effective signs,and the effective rate was 53.12%.Through statistical calculation and analysis,the two groups showed that there was statistical significance between the two groups,indicating that the overall effective rate after treatment was better than the control group.5.Safety evaluation: The routine examinations of blood,urine,stool,liver function and kidney function of 64 patients in this study before treatment showed no obvious abnormality in their safety indicators.Conclusion: Through the observation of curative effect,Lidan Huatan Decoction can reduce the diameter of gallbladder polyps,make some polyps disappear,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,improve the quality of life,and its clinical application is safe and effective.Its long-term effect needs further observation. |
