Objects:(1)To identify the risk factors for gallbladder polyps;(2)To anal-yze the infection rate of Hp in patients with gallbladder polyps;(3)To further analyze the infection rate of Hp in patients with gallbla-dder polyps of different ages and genders;(4)To explore the relation-ship between Hp infection and gallbladder polyps.Methods:551 people who had health examinations in China-Japan union Hospital of Jilin University from March 2017 to March 2018 were defined as gallbladder polyp group,1102 people without gallbladder polyps in the same period as contrl group.Collected general data of all patients, compared their age,sex,ALP,GGT,FBG,TG,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c,systolic pressure, diastolic pressure,BMI,and prevalence of HB-sAg,HCV Ab,Hp,gallbladder stone, cholecystitis, fatty liver. Then made univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses to identify t-he independent risk factors for gallbladder polyps. The Hp infection rate in patients with gallbladder polyp of different ages and genders was analyzed. The influence of independent risk factors on the par-tial characteristics of gallbladder polyps was also analyzed.Results:(1)Comparing with the control group, the gallbladder polyp group had higher age,TC,BMI,prevalence of HBsAg,Hp,gallbladder stone, cholecystitis, and lower HDL-c(P<0.05).(2)Univariate regression analyses showed that the risk factors of gallbladder polyps were middle-age,decreased HDL-c,BMI≥25Kg/m~2,obesity,cholecystolithiasis,cholecystitis and Hp infection(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Hp infe-ction,cholecystitis,BMI≥25Kg/m~2 and low HDL-c were independent r isk factors for gallbladder polyps.Hp infection OR 1.274,95%CI(1.031,1.574);cholecystitis OR 1.299,95%CI(1.041,1.621);BMI≥25Kg/m~2 OR 1.583,95%CI(1.282,1.954);low HDL-c OR1.337,95%CI(1.084,1.650).(3)The Hp infection rate of gallbladder polyp group was49.2%,higher than control group(P<0.05);the same results were found in men and aged 45 to 64(P<0.05).The incidence of Hp in patients with gallbladder polyp increased with age.(4)The percentage of multiple polyps in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with Hp infection was 63.5%,higher than the patients of gallbladder polyp without Hp infection(P<0.05).The percentage of max polyp diameter during 0.5~1cm in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with Hp infection was 35.4%,higher than the patients of gallbladder polyp without Hp infection(P<0.05).(5)The percentage of multiple polyps in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with BMI≥25Kg/m~2 was 63.2%,higher than the patients of gallbladder polyp without BMI≥25Kg/m~2(P<0.05).The percentage of max polyp diameter≥1cm in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with low HDL-c was 7.3%,higher than the patients of gallbladder polyp without low HDL-c(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Hp infection,cholecystitis,BMI≥25Kg/m~2 and low HDL-c are independent risk factors for gallbladder polyps.(2)The Hp infection rate in patients with gallbladder polyps is higher than those without gallbladder polyps.(3)The incidence of Hp in patients with gallbladder polyp increases with age.(4)The percentage of multiple polyps and max polyp diameter during 0.5~1cm in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with Hp infection is higher than those without Hp infection.(5)The percentage of multiple polyps in patients of gallbladder polyp combined with BMI≥25Kg/m~2 is higher than those without BMI≥25Kg/m~2.The percentage of max polyp diameter during 0.5~1cm in patients of gallbladder polyps combined with low HDL-c is higher than those without low HDL-c.
