Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture At Myofascial Trigger Point On Spastic Foot Drop After Stroke Based On Meridian Tendon Theory

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of triggermyofascial eacupunctur point in the spastic of treatment foot drop after stroke,so as to evaluate and explore the improvement effect of triggermyofascial eacupunctur point on spastic foot drop after stroke,as to provide the basis for the t treatmen thisofn applicatio clinical method.Methods: 60 patients with spastic foot drop were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases in each group).All patients in each group received routine drug treatment in the recovery period of stroke,while the control group received traditional acupuncture treatment,3times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the trigger point of triceps surae muscle fascia,3 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment.The lower limb modified Ashworth classification(MAS),lower limb FMA function and ROM value of ankle dorsiflexion angle were evaluated before and 3 months after treatment in both groups.The observation data were analyzed by statistical methods to efficacy clinical theevaluateively comprehens and course of treatment differences between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,the age,gender,course of disease,MAS score,lower limb FMA function score,Rom value of ankle evaluation and angleon dorsiflexi scores of the two groups were comparable(0.05 P>);2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and that of the control group was 67.7%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control3.group(0.05 P<),indicating that acupuncture at myofascial trigger point and traditional acupuncture can effectively improve spastic foot drop after stroke,but acupuncture at myofascial trigger point has better effect.3.Motor function evaluation: 1.After treatment,the MAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the MAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(0.05 P<).2.The lower limb FMA scores of the two groups comparedtment after trea increased with before treatment,and the FMA scores of the treatment group increased more significantly than that of the control group after treatment 0.05 P<).3.Compared with before treatment,the ROM value of ankle dorsiflexion in the two groups increased after treatment,and the ROM value of ankle treatmentin theon dorsiflexi group increased more significantly than that in the control group(0.05 P<).Conclusion:Acupuncture at myofascial trigger point and traditional acupuncture can effectively promote the patients oftion rehabilita with lower limb spasm after stroke.Compared with traditional acupuncture,acupuncture at myofascial trigger point has better curative effect and significant difference,which can effectively promote the patients oftion rehabilita with lower limb spasm,improve their motor function and activities of daily living,improve their quality of life,and the curative effect is stable.
