Observation On The Curative Effect Of Chinese Medicine Internal Administration And External Washing In The Treatment Of Hand And Foot Chapped Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxuerunzao decoction combined with Zefu lotion in the treatment of hand and foot chapped eczema(syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness)and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients with hand and foot chapped eczema(syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness)were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Yangxuerunzao decoction,combined with Zefu lotion,and the control group was given Runzao antipruritic capsule.Both groups were given Compound flumetasone ointment and Fufangshezhi ointment externally for 6 weeks.Respectively in 2 weeks,4 weeks treatment,cure 6 weeks observing two groups of patients with skin rough,dry,cracked,hypertrophy,desquamation,itching,pain,and TCM syndrome score changes and adverse reactions.Such as using SPSS22.0 software statistical comparison,analysis of the differences between the two groups,determine the nourishing Yangxuerunzao decoction combined with Zefu lotion in treatment of hand and foot chapped eczema(syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness)clinical curative effect.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 6 weeks of treatment,the difference in the total score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical recovery rate of the treatment group was 20.00% and the total effective rate was 93.99%,while the clinical recovery rate of the control group was 6.67% and the total effective rate was 70.00%.The difference in efficacy index between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group washigher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Yangxuerunzao decoction combined with Zefu lotion is effective in the treatment of hand and foot chapped eczema(syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness),with fewer side effects,and the efficacy is better than that of Runzao antipruritic capsule.
