Clinical Study Of Ma Huang Tincture Application In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Type Vernous Leg Ulcer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ma Huang tincture for damp-heat type vernous leg ulcer and explore its potential mechanism.Methods: Ninety patients with damp-heat type vernous leg ulcer were divided into three groups by random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The three groups received the same basic treatment and wound treatment.The blank control group was treated with no treatment,the compound phellodendrine solution group was treated with compound phellodendrine solution,and the Ma Huang tincture group was treated with Ma Huang tincture.The TCM syndrome score,biological indexes,wound healing rate,superficial fascia thickness and temperature were observed at 0,7 and 14 days of treatment in 3groups.Results: 1.The clinical cure rate of Ma Huang tincture group was better than that of compound Phellodendron solution group than that of blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.On the 7th day of treatment,the WBC,NE% and CRP values of Ma Huang Tincture group and compound Phellodendri solution group were significantly different from those of blank control group(P<0.05),and the WBC,NE% and CRP values of Ma Huang Tincture group and compound Phellodendri solution group were also significantly different(P<0.05).Ma Huang Tincture group and compound Phellodendron solution group were better than blank control group in improving wound healing rate,superficial fascia thickness and temperature around wound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ma Huang tincture group was superior to compound Phellodendron decoction group and blank control group in improving the superficial fascia thickness,wound surface and syndrome score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.On the 14 th day of treatment,the WBC,NE% and CRP values of Ma Huang Tincture group and Compound Phellodendri solution group were significantly different from those of blank control group(P<0.05).Ma Huang Tincture group and Compound Phellodendron chinensis liquid group were better than blank control group in improving wound healing rate,superficial fascia thickness around wound,temperature around wound,wound and syndrome score around wound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were significant differences in NE% and superficial fascia thickness between ma Huang tincture group and compound Huangbai liquid group(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Surrounding application of Ma Huang tincture can effectively promote the healing of damp-heat type vernous leg ulcer.2.Surrounding application of Ma Huang tincture can significantly reduce the hot and humid damp-heat type vernous leg ulcer and thickness and the superficial fascia weeks temperature indicators,reduce swelling,alleviate the weeks thermal,improve the symptoms of a week and wound.3.The dynamic monitoring of WBC,NE% and CRP showed that Ma Huang tincture had strong antiinflammatory effect 4.Under the guidance of the four sides theory,the method of encircling drugs is a new way of treating vernous leg ulcer.
