Clinical Study Of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction Combined Herbal Fumigation In The Treatment Of DPN

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined Huoxue Zhitong San fumigation in the treatment of congealing cold and blood stasis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and attempt to explore the action mechanism of this therapy,in order to enrich the thinking and methods of TCM treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: 60 cases of congealing cold and blood stasis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment gtoup(30 cases),in the conventional treatment,at the same time,were given Mecobalamin tablets and Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined Huoxue Zhitong San fumigation for the treatment,4 weeks for a course of treatment,after two courses of treatment, observe and statistical analyze the efficacy indexes.Results: The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.01),especially in the aspects of cold emtremities,acroanesthesia,cold chills limbs,fatigue,tongue and pulse(P<0.01).Two groups were reduced the blood homocysteine(P<0.05),and the treatment group was clearly better than the control group(P<0.01). The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the hemodynamic(P<0.01);was better than the control group in the increase of nerve conduction velocity(P<0.05).Safety indexes were no abnormalities before and after treatment.Conclusion: Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined Huoxue Zhitong San fumigation,has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with congealing cold and blood stasis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can significantly improve the patient’s symptomsand signs of traditional Chinese medicine,the blood homocysteine and hemodynamic indexes,also can increase the nerve conduction velocity,so as to improve the quality of patient’s life.The method of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is an effective treatment method,and it is worth to further discuss and research.
