Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Xiaochaihu Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Liver-stagnation And Qi Stagnation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation insomnia.Methods:60 patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation insomnia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A(combined treatment with acupuncture and drugs),group B(acupuncture treatment)and group C(traditional Chinese medicine treatment),there were 20 cases in each group.Take 1 dose of traditional Chinese medicine,decoction and take it twice a day,acupuncture once a day,a total of two courses of treatment 20 days.Before and after treatment,each patient was evaluated by using PSQI and score list of moderate symptoms.The immediate curative effect after treatment and the long-term curative effect after 1 month of treatment were evaluated.Finally,all the data are analyzed statistically.Results: 1.After the treatment,the PSQI score of the three groups decreased compared with that before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),Group A decreased significantly compared with group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.After the treatment,the TCM symptom score in the three groups decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment(P < 0.01).Compared with group B and group C,the difference of TCM symptom score in group A was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.Curative effect:After the treatment,the total effective rate of group A,group B and group C was85%,65% and 60% respectively.Group A was better than group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).1 month after the end of treatment,the long-term follow-up effect was 83.3%,64.7% and 61.1% of the total effective rate of group A,group B and group C,respectively.The differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the three groups and the total effective rate at the end of treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation insomnia patients can improve sleep quality,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the curative effect is accurate and stable,has clinical application value.
