Clinical Observation Of Sanghu Paisuan Quzhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Asymptomatic Hyperuricemia Combined With Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanghu Paisuan Quzhuo Decoction in the treatment of phlegm stasis type hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia,and to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Sanghu Paisuan Quzhuo Decoction on blood uric acid,blood lipid and TCM syndrome,so as to provide effective clinical medication basis for Sanghu Paisuan Quzhuo Decoction in the treatment of this disease.Method: A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia in TCM and Western medicine from September 2019 to December 2021 in the outpatient department and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomized control,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and benzbromarone tablets on the basis of basic treatment.The experimental group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and Sanghupaiyang Quzhuo decoction(1dose per day)on the basis of basic treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of blood uric acid,urine PH value,blood lipid and other indicators before and after treatment were observed,and the safety indicators were observed.The clinical efficacy of Sanghu Paishi Quzhuo Decoction was evaluated according to the numerical value of patients ’ laboratory indicators and the change level of TCM syndrome score.Results: 1.Overall efficacy evaluation : after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was83.33 %;the total effective rate of the control group was 66.66 %,and the overall efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Evaluation of the overall efficacy of TCM : After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 93.33 %,and that in the control group was 70.00 %.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy indicators :Compared with the experimental data after treatment,SUA,TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),the decrease of SUA,TG,TC and LDL-C in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group;there was no significant difference in urine PH between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),Sanghu Paishi Quzhuo Decoction had no significant effect on urine p H.4.Safety indicators and adverse reactions : During the observation period,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function were not significantly affected,the incidence of adverse reactions and gout attack in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Sanghu Paisuan Quzhuo Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia,which can significantly reduce the levels of SUA,TG,TC and LDL-C.At the same time,it can significantly reduce the various TCM symptoms of patients with phlegm stasis type.Moreover,Sanghu Paiyang Quzhuo Decoction has relatively stable uric acid reduction,effectively reducing gout attacks,and has no effect on various safety indicators.This prescription is safe and effective,and can be widely used in clinic.
