Compound Xiao Pi Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (Phlegm Stasis Spleen Deifciency Syndrome) Clinical Study

objective：To study the effect of clinical treatment of consumers ruffianDecoction on spleen and phlegm stasis type hyperlipidemia.Methods： Experimental study on the clinical observation of60cases, allpatients with hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of deficiency typestandard. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the blind,the treatment group oral Jiawei Xiaopi decoction,150ml each time,2times aday. The control group oral Xuezhikang Capsule,2capsules, two times a day.Medication of patients in each group8weeks. Respectively to the clinical trialresearch process, clinical symptoms improved, the severity of the diseasechanges and four blood lipids were measured, and evaluate the safety andeffectiveness of drugs.Results：Analysis of blood lipid levels total curative effect, treatment ofclinical control group of3cases (10%)，8cases (26.7%)，effective in15cases (50%)，invalid in4cases (13.3%) the total efficiency of86.6%. Clinicalcontrol group in2cases (6.7%)，9cases (30%)，effective in12cases (40%)，invalid in7cases (23.3%) the total efficiency of76.6%. Treatment group andthe control group compare, through Ridit analysis, two groups of patients aftertotal curative effect comparison of blood lipid level difference wasstatistically significant, the treatment group is better than control group onthe level of blood lipids. Analysis of the total curative effect of TCM syndrome,treatment of clinical control group of3cases (10%)，20cases (66.7%)，effective in4cases (13.3%)，invalid in3cases (10%) the total efficiencyof90%. Clinical control group in2cases (6.7%)，12cases (40%)，effectivein9cases (30%)，invalid in7cases (23.3%) the total efficiency of76.6%.Treatment group and the control group compare, through Ridit analysis, TCMsyndrome total effect of the two groups were compared. The difference wasstatistically significant, the treatment group was better than that of TCMsyndrome. Treatment of dizziness, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension and numbness of extremities heavy is obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The control group before the heart pain, shortness of breath andthe cure rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conelusion: Jiawei Xiaopi decoction can significantly reduce the serum totalcholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increasedhigh density lipoprotein cholesterol. Jiawei Xiaopi decoction has significantcurative effects on hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome ofdeficiency type, the total effective rate was86.6%. Jiawei Xiaopi decoctionhas no obvious toxic side effect, less adverse reaction is mainly an upset stomach,generally do not affect the treatment, good safety.
