Tongmai Quzhuo Powder Intervenes The Carotid Atherosclerosis With Mutual Obstruction Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Clinical Study Of Sclerosing Plaque

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongmai Quzhuo Powder in the intervention of carotid atherosclerotic plaque(phlegm-blood stasis type).Methods:To 84 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type transresistance CAS patients,randomly divided into two groups,control group given pure western medicine treatment,the treatment group based on the control to joint the party(remove muddy scattered unclogged arteries)treatment,the treatment of 12 weeks in a row,were observed before and after medication neck vascular colour to exceed,blood lipid four,homocysteine levels and the change of TCM syndrome integral,at the same time,record test patients during the period of adverse events,comprehensive evaluation of general pulse remove turbidity scattered clinical curative effect for the treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis.Results:1.In this clinical trial,38 cases in each group were actually completed.2.Efficacy indicators:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,IMT,maximum plaque area,blood lipid and HCY of the two groups were improved(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better(P < 0.05).(2)In reducing the number of plaques,the treatment scheme in the treatment group is effective(P < 0.05),while the treatment scheme in the control group has no obvious effect(P > 0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Total effective rate:(1)The total effective rate of western medicine is 57.89%in the treatment group and 31.58% in the control group,and the treatment group scheme is superior to the control group scheme(P < 0.05);(2)The total effective rate of TCM:89.47% in the treatment group and 71.05% in the control group,and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P < 0.05).4.Safety: During the 12-week treatment,the liver,kidney and blood coagulation function were normal,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Tongmai Quzhao powder has a definite effect on the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque(phutum and stasis mutual obstruction type).It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the thickness of the media intima,reduce the maximum plaque area,regulate blood lipid and reduce the content of Hcy,and delay the progression of CAS,with good safety.
