Clinical Observation Of Panax Notoginseng Powder On Blood Lipid And TCM Syndrome In Patients With Hyperlipidemia (Phlegm-stasis Syndrome)

Objective:Based on the clinical observation of 80 patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome treated with Panax notoginseng powder,the effects of Panax notoginseng powder on TCM syndrome score,blood lipid,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were discussed.Method:From January 2018 to December 2018,80 patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm-stasis syndrome were selected from the cardiovascular outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine,patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1 by random number table method,40 patients in the treatment group were treated with 20 mg orally,panax notoginseng powder 5g,Warm water,10-20 ml,once a day;40 patients in the control group were treated with riprit once a day for 20 mg,after 12 weeks of continuous observation,to observe the changes of total integral of TCM syndrome,blood lipid,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity before and after treatment in the two groups,and statistical processing of data.Result:1.Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine: The total score of TCM syndrome after taking medicine in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the total integral of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was decreased after taking medicine,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Blood fat : The total score of TCM syndrome after taking medicine in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),compared with the control group The levelof TC,TG,LDL-C decreased after taking medicine in the treatment group,increase of HDL-C level,differences have statistical implications(TG group,HDL-C group and LDL-C group were all P< 0.05,TC group P<0.01)3.Whole blood viscosity measurement : The level of whole blood viscosity at high and low shear rate after taking medicine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the pre-treatment group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,after taking medicine,the whole blood viscosity decreased with high shear rate and low shear rate in the treatment group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Plasma viscosity measurement: The level of plasma viscosity after taking medicine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the level of plasma viscosity after taking medicine in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Panax notoginseng powder combined with western medicine treatment can improve hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM syndrome.2.Panax notoginseng powder combined with western medicine can reduce the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm-stasis syndrome.3.Panax notoginseng powder combined with western medicine treatment can reduce the blood viscosity of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm-stasis syndrome.4.Panax notoginseng powder combined with western medicine can reduce the plasma viscosity of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm-stasis syndrome.
