| Objective: To observe the clinical study of aerobic exercise training on the intervention of phlegm dampness constitution of normal high blood pressure,evaluate its clinical effect,and provide basis for the formulation of aerobic exercise intervention scheme of phlegm dampness constitution of normal high blood pressure.Methods:80 patients with normalhigh blood pressure who met the criteria of phlegm dampness quality in traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.On the basis of standardized life management of the two groups,the experimental group received aerobic exercise training for 3 months,and observed and recorded the indexes of consulting room blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,body mass index and TCM phlegm dampness score before and after the intervention.Results:(1)antihypertensive effect:the effective rate of the experimental group was 63.16%,and that of the control group was 20.51%.The antihypertensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of blood pressure in consulting room:before and after intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups(P< 0.05);After the intervention,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure:the 24-hour average systolic blood pressure,24-hour average diastolic blood pressure,daytime average systolic blood pressure,daytime average diastolic blood pressure,nighttime average systolic blood pressure and nighttime average diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased before and after the intervention(P<0.05);After the intervention,the average systolic blood pressure during the day,the average diastolic blood pressure during the day and the average systolic blood pressure at night in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Curative effect of TCM Constitution:the effective rate of the experimental group was 26.3%,and that of the control group was 5.1%.Compared with the two groups before and after the intervention,the score of phlegm dampness quality transformation in the experimental group decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of phlegm dampness quality transformation in the control group(P > 0.05);After the intervention,the decrease level of phlegm,dampness and mass transformation score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of blood lipids:before and after intervention,there was no significant difference in total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(6)Body mass index:compared with the two groups before and after intervention,the body mass index in the experimental group decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the body mass index in the control group(P>0.05);After the intervention,the decline of body mass index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.(7)Comparison of resting heart rate: before and after intervention,the resting heart rate in the experimental group decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the resting heart rate in the control group(P> 0.05);After the intervention,the resting heart rate decreased in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: aerobic exercise training has a good curative effect on normal high-value blood pressure and has a certain effect on the improvement of phlegm dampness quality in traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with the control group,aerobic exercise training can reduce resting heart rate and body mass index,and play a significant role in reducing blood pressure and improving phlegm dampness constitution. |
