Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine substitute tea on normal high blood pressure of phlegm-dampness in the community.Methods: Using random sampling method,a total of 80 patients with normal high blood pressure with phlegm-dampness syndrome were recruited from Huanshan Community Service Station of Wendong Sub-district Office of Lixia District and Sunshine 100 Community Health Service Center of Huaiyin District.The control group(even number)and the observation group(odd number),each with 40 cases.The control group was given health education guidance,and the experimental group was given health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine for tea,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 8 weeks of observation,The blood pressure,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and quality of life scale before and after treatment were collected and analyzed.Results:1.Drop-off situation: There were 80 cases in this study,7 cases were dropped out,and the drop-out rate was 8.75%;2.Baseline data: There was no statistical significance in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05);the age group composition of volunteers was mainly concentrated in the 46-55 and 56-65 years old ranges,accounting for86.30% of the total population.3.Antihypertensive effect: After the treatment,the blood pressure in both groups was lower than before,and the blood pressure in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the treatment group showed an obvious trend of antihypertensive at the 4th week.The control group showed obvious antihypertensive effect at the 6th week,which proved that the antihypertensive effect and onset time of the tea substitute group were better than those of the health education group only;4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: After the intervention,the TCM syndrome scores and the incidence of the main symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant statistical significance within the group and between groups(P< 0.01);the total effective rate was 89.19% in the treatment group and 63.89% in the control group;5.Quality of life: After 8 weeks of intervention,the Duchenne scale score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after treatment.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine substitute tea has a significant antihypertensive effect on the normal high blood pressure of phlegm-dampness syndrome,can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has good safety.
