Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis Based On The Idea Of "lung Should Be Autumn" And The Correspondence Between Heaven And Man

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangfei Zhi Qiu Decoction in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type)under the guidance of "lung should autumn" and the corresponding thought of heaven and man,so as to provide a new clinical idea for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type).Methods:Patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type)who were treated in the otorhinolaryngology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2021to September 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group(Yangfei Zhi Qiu Decoction group)and control group(Diloratadine citrate tablet group).The treatment group was treated with Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction,one dose a day,twice in the morning and evening,200 ml each time;The control group was given Diloratadine citrate tablets,one tablet each time,once a day.Before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment,collect the data of patients,score the quantitative score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and rhinoconjunctivitis related quality of life scale,and analyze the clinical efficacy of Yangfei Zhi Qiu Decoction in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type).Results:A total of 64 patients were included in this study,including 34 males and 30 females,with 32 patients in each group.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 93.57% and that of the control group was 90.63%(P > 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of rhinorrhea(lung qi deficiency and cold type)was the same after two weeks of treatment,that is,Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction can be used to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis,and can be used in people contraindicated or allergic to Diloratadine citrate.After one week of treatment,Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction was better than Diloratadine citrate tablets for nasal congestion,fear of wind and cold,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath and fatigue,and Diloratadine citrate tablets were better than Yangfei Zhi Qiu Decoction for nasal symptoms such as nasal itching,runny nose and sneezing.After 2 weeks of treatment,Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction was significantly better than Diloratadine citrate tablets in the efficacy of pharyngeal itching,fear of wind and cold,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath and fatigue,low voice and quality of life such as activity and sleep,and Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction was equivalent to Diloratadine citrate tablets in the efficacy of main nasal symptoms.During the trial,all patients had no adverse reactions,and there were no obvious abnormalities in the safety test after treatment,suggesting that Yangfei Zhi Qiu decoction has high clinical safety.(Note: all the above statistical results do not exclude the objective factors of small sample size included in this study.)Conclusion:Seasonal allergic rhinitis occurs frequently in autumn.Yangfei Zhi Qiu Decoction and Diloratadine citrate tablets have the same curative effect in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type),which can effectively improve the main nasal symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.In addition,it can also significantly improve TCM syndromes such as pharyngeal itching,spontaneous sweating,fear of wind and cold,which is better than medloratadine tablets.
