| Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction on patients with yang deficiency and pulmonary cold type allergic rhinitis.Method:From February 2017 to October 2018,the third affiliated hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was included in the patients with yang-deficiency pulmonary cold-type allergic rhinitis,using their own before and after control methods,and taking Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction(Beijing Kangrentang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,granule type,2 times/day,1 pack/time).Continuous use for 2 weeks,observe the changes of the nasal analog visual analogue scale(VAS),clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome effect and TCM syndrome scores as well as nasal symptom scores,nasal signs,grading scores at different time points.(before taking the drug,the first week after taking the drug,the second week after taking the drug,the third month after taking the drug)Results:A total of 70 patients with yang-deficiency and pulmonary-cold allergic rhinitis were included,oral administration of Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction(granular dosage form),observe the effect of the study subjects before,during,1 week,2 weeks,and at the 3rd month of the drug.(1)Nasal symptom visual analog scale score:Overall,the results showed that the total score and the scores of the nasal analog visual analogue scale showed a gradual decline with the prolonged medication time,the difference was statistically significant(p value<0.001).The proportion of VAS total score decreased by 100%in the third month of medication,and the scores were most obvious with two drops of running nose and nasal congestion.(2)Clinical efficacy:After 1 week,the results showed that the effective rate was 7.81%,the effective rate was 40.63%,the ineffective rate was 51.56%,and the total effective rate was 48.44%.After 2 weeks of taking the drug,the effective rate was 22.95%,the effective rate was 52.46%,the ineffective rate was 24.59%,and the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 75.41%.The effective rate was 54.10%in the third month after treatment,the effective rate was 39.34%,the ineffective rate was 6.56%,and the total clinical effective rate was 93.44%.The difference in efficiency at different time points was statistically significant(p value<0.001).(3)TCM syndrome effect:After 1 week of taking the medicine,the clinical cure rate of TCM syndrome was 0%,the effective rate was 4.69%,the effective rate was 32.81%,the ineffective rate was 62.50%,and the total effective rate was 37.50%.After 2 weeks of taking the medicine,the clinical cure rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was 4.92%,the effective rate was 9.84%,the effective rate was 55.74%,the ineffective rate was 29.51%,and the total effective rate was 70.49%.In the third month after treatment,the clinical cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was 26.23%,the effective rate was 19.67%,the effective rate was 39.34%,the ineffective rate was 14.75%,and the total effective rate was 85.25%.The difference in efficiency at different time points was statistically significant.(p<0.001).(4)Comparison of various sub-symptoms of the standardization table of TCM syndrome symptoms:Statistics of TCM cases at different time points,with a high proportion of nasal discharge,mental fatigue,cold wind,hot drink,fatigue,and easy cold.Moreover,there was no significant difference in mental fatigue and coughing white sputum at different time points(p>0.05),and the other differences were statistically significant at different time points(p<0.05).Among them,the difference between the cold,the mouth is not thirsty,and the hot drink at the different time points is the most significant(p<0.01).(5)Nasal symptom score:Overall,the total scores of the nasal symptom scores and the each item scores decreased with the prolonged medication time,and the difference between the total scores and the each item scores at different time points were statistically significant(P<0.001).Specifically,the total score of the nasal symptom scores was the highest in the third month of treatment,and the decline in the scores showed running nose>nasal congestion>nasal itching>sneezing,with the most obvious drop in running nose and nasal congestion(6)Nasal sign score:The scores of the grading scores of the nasal signs showed a downward trend with the extension of the medication time,and the scores of the third month of the medication decreased the highest(7)Adverse reactions:There were 18 cases of adverse reactions at 1 week,and there were 3 adverse reactions at 2 weeks of treatment.The adverse reactions were improved after symptomatic treatment.No adverse reactions associated with Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction were observed during the third month of follow-up.The incidence of adverse reactions in the second and third months of treatment was significantly lower than that in the first week,but the difference was not statistically significant(p value>0.05).(8)General information of the subject:Age distribution,20 to 29 years old,the largest proportion,30 to 39 years old,the second largest.The distribution of gender,the proportion of women is greater than that of men.Conclusion:(1)Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,reduce allergic symptoms in the nose.Furthermore,the long-term curative effect is better than short-term curative effect,and it can prevent the allergic rhinitis by taking 2 weeks.(2)The effect of Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction on the treatment of running nose and nasal congestion in patients with allergic rhinitis is better than the treatment effect on nasal itching and sneezing(3)The effect of Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction on TCM syndrome is best in the cold,not thirsty,and hot drink.It is better than other sub-symptoms of Chinese medicines(4)The incidence of yang deficiency and pulmonary cold type allergic rhinitis is more common in young people.Moreover,the ratio of male to female incidence is about 1:1.5,and women are more than men(5)The clinical effect of Shuangxin Biqiu Decoction is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.And can be alleviated,its recurrence rate is low,and there is no long-term side effects.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
