Effect Of Shengdi Fujian Prescription Combined With Acupuncture On Post-stroke Depression Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis(mild To Moderate)

Objective:Based on "Tiaoshen Yisui" point of view,and observe the Shengdi Fujian Prescription combined acupuncture treatment of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of post-stroke depression(mild-to-moderate)clinical efficacy,to explore the Shengdi Fujian Prescription combined acupuncture treatment of Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of post-stroke depression(mild-to-moderate)curative effect and security,explore new scheme of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:Seventy-eight patients enrolled in the study were randomly assigned to the treatment group or control group through the central randomization system.The basic treatment of patients in the two groups was performed according to the TCM Clinical Pathways and TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Protocols for 92 Diseases including Stroke(Cerebral Infarction)(2017)and the Guidelines for the Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke and Transient ischemic Attack(TIA)in China(2014)issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Including antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,anti-platelet aggregation and other oral drugs and systematic rehabilitation.The treatment group was treated with Shengdi Fujian Prescription combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine basic medical treatment and routine rehabilitation treatment for 4 consecutive weeks.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets orally on the basis of routine basic medical treatment and routine rehabilitation treatment,each course of treatment was 2 weeks,a total of 2 courses of continuous treatment.The scores of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD-17),Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(Fugl-Meyer),Stroke Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)and fatigue Rating Scale(FAI)were observed before and after treatment and followed up for 2 weeks.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 23 software.Results:A total of 73 qualified cases were collected and counted,including 37 cases in control group and 36 cases in treatment group.Scale scores of patients in both groups were improved to varying degrees after treatment compared with before treatment.There was no statistical significance in HAMD-17,Fugl-Meyer scale,SS-QOL scale and FAI scale scores before intervention(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,HAMD-17 scale scores showed no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),FAI scale scores were lower than before treatment,fugl-Meyer and SS-QOL scores were higher than before treatment,and scale scores showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,there was no statistical significance in ham D-17 scale scores(P>0.05).FAI scale scores were significantly lower than before treatment,while Fugl-Meyer and SS-QOL scores were significantly higher than before treatment.The scale scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions and obvious toxic side effects were observed during the study period.Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of Sertraline hydrochloride tablets,Shengdi Fujian Prescription combined with acupuncture can not only improve patients’ depression,but also further promote limb function rehabilitation,improve patients’ sense of fatigue,significantly improve patients’ quality of life and self-care ability,and patients have good acceptance and compliance.
