A Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of Leukorrheal Diseases As Followed By The Chinese Medical Code

Objective: Based on the medical records related to Leukorrheal Diseases in Chinese Medical Code(5th edition),Statistical of syndrome types and medication information of medical records of Leucorrhea Diseases,summarized the syndrome and treatment rules of ancient medical records for Leukorrheal Diseases,and provided new ideas for clinical treatment of Leukorrheal Diseases.Methods: By collecting the medical records of Leukorrheal Diseases in the part of the medical records of the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code,the database of the medical records with underlying diseases was established with Excel software,Frequency analysis of the efficacy of drugs,four qi,five flavor,channel tropism and the types of syndromes in medical records,and drugs with frequency greater than 10%(frequency greater than 20 times)were screened out.Cluster analysis and factor analysis were conducted using SPSS22.0,using SPSS 18.0 to carry on the correlation analysis,summarizes the ancient doctor treatment to bring down the disease the law of syndrome and treatment.Result: 1.Through the frequency analysis of the drugs and medical records used by doctors in the past dynasties in the treatment of diseases with diseases,a total of 204 medical records were included,involving 259 flavors of drugs.The drug efficacy was mainly composed of tonifying deficiency drugs(727 times),clearing heat drugs(207 times),diuretic and dampness permeable drugs(189 times),Medicine for promoting Qi(184 times)and astringent drugs(161 times),with a cumulative frequency of 71.54%;The statistical results of syndrome types of medical records are: Yin deficiency with damp heat syndrome(63 cases),spleen deficiency syndrome(47 cases),Kidney yang deficiency syndrome(44 cases),Damp Invasion of Lower Energizer(22 cases),liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(19 cases),blood stasis and fluid deficiency syndrome(7 cases),heat toxin accumulation syndrome(2 cases);there were 25 drugs with frequency greater than 10%(frequency greater than 20 times),it includes Poria Cocos,Chinese angelica,Radix paeoniae alba,Eucommia ulmoides,Oysters,Cyperus rotundus,Dried tangerine peel,Dipsacus,Shayuanzi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Dendrobium,Cuttlebone,Radix rehmanniae,Licorice,Donkey hide gelatin,Yellow cypress,Peonies,the rhizome of chuanxiong,Chinese yam,Cortex Ailanthi,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ginseng,Chinese wolfberry fruit,Pinellia ternata,Rehmannia glutinosa.2.By cluster analysis of drugs with frequency greater than 10%,eight groups of cluster methods were obtained.C1: Dried tangerine peel,Pinellia Ternate,licorice root,Tuckahoe;C2: Atractylodes macrocephala,ginseng,Yam,rehmanniae;C3: Rehmannia glutinosa,Donkey hide gelatin;C4: Yellow cypress,Cortex Ailanthi,Cuttlebone;C5: Cortex Moutan;C6: Shayuanzi,Fructus lycii;C7: Dendrobium nobile,Salvia miltiorrhiza;C8: Cyperus rotundus,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Radix paeoniae alba,oyster,Dipsacus asper,Eucommia ulmoides.3.The results of factor analysis were as follows: F1: Chinese angelica,Cyperus rotu-ndus,Radix paeoniae alba,the rhizome of chuanxiong;F2: Dried tangerine peel,R-hizoma pinelliae;F3: white atractylodes rhizome;F4: Shayuanzi,Chinese wolfberry fruit;F5: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dipsacus;F6: Cortex Ailanthi,Yellow cypress;F7: E-ucommia ulmoides,Oysters,Yam;F8: Donkey hide gelatin,Rehmannia glutinosa;F9: Cuttlebone,Peonies;F10: Dendrobium.4.Through the correlation analysis of the medicine with the frequency more than 1-0%,the two commonly used drugs are: Poria cocos-licorice;Poria Cocos-rehmanni-a;Poria cocos-atractylodes;angelica-chuanxiong;Poria cocos-dried tangerine peel;A-ngelica-wolfberry fruit;Angelica-rhizoma cyperi;pericarpium citri reticulatae;pori a-ginseng.Common compatibility of three herbs: Poria cocos-pericarpium citri reticu la-tae-paeonia lactiflora;angelica-rhizoma Cyperi-radix paeoniae alba;Cyperus rotund u-s-rhizoma ligustici-radix angelicae sinensis;angelica-rhizoma cyperi-radix eucommiae;radix angelica-radix eucommiae-radix paeoniae;Radix paeoniae alba-rhizoma cyp eri-tuckahoe.Conclusion: 1.The main characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases with deficiency are mainly tonic in efficacy,warm in nature,sweet,bitter and pungent in taste,liver,kidney and spleen in meridian.2.The pathogenesis of Leukorrheal Diseases is deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity and deficiency-excess complicated.In terms of treatment,ancient doctors mainly supplemented deficiency and dispelled evil,Support healthy qi without leaving evil qi,dispel evil qi without damaging healthy qi,and give consideration to both strengthening healthy qi and dispelling evil qi.Deeply explore the law of syndrome and treatment of Leucorrhea Diseases,to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical application of Leucorrhea Diseases.
