Objective: To understand the current situation of stigma,anxiety and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia;To analyze the differences of stigma,anxiety and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia and the correlation between them;To explore the relevant factors affecting the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia,so as to provide relevant theoretical basis for improving the anxiety,reducing the sense of shame and improving the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia in the future.Methods: convenience sampling method was used to select 230 stroke patients with hemiplegia from a tertiary hospital in Jilin Province for a questionnaire survey.The questionnaires included: General Information Questionnaire,Chronic Disease Stigma Scale,Generalized Anxiety Scale,and Quality of Life Scale.SPSS26.0 and PROCESS v3.3 software were used for statistical analysis of the data.Result:(1)The total score of stigma in stroke patients with hemiplegia was(69.93 ±10.63).There were significant differences in gender,age,educational level,occupational status,family per capita monthly income and course of disease(P < 0.05).(2)The total anxiety score of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(9.53 ± 3.57),33 patients had no anxiety,accounting for 14.3%,82 patients had mild anxiety,accounting for 35.7%,91 patients had moderate anxiety,accounting for 39.6%,and 24 patients had severe anxiety,accounting for 10.4%.There were significant differences in different age,marital status,educational level,occupational status,family per capita monthly income,medical payment method and course of disease(P < 0.05).(3)The total score of quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(50.47± 11.21).There were significant differences in different age,marital status,educational level,occupational status,family per capita monthly income,medical payment mode and course of disease(P < 0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between stigma and anxiety(r = 0.483,P < 0.01),a negative correlation between stigma and quality of life(r =-0.443,P < 0.01),and a negative correlation between anxiety and quality of life(r =-0.602,P < 0.01).(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of life quality of stroke patients with hemiplegia were age,educational level,occupational status,family per capita monthly income,medical payment mode,course of disease,shame and anxiety,and the co explanatory variation was 54.8%(F = 15.587,P < 0.001).(6)Anxiety plays a partial mediating role in the prediction of stigma on quality of life,and the contribution rate of mediating effect to the total effect is 55.2%.Conclusion:(1)The stigma of stroke patients with hemiplegia is at a medium level.Men are higher than women,60 to 70 years old,primary school education,laid-off and retirement,family per capita monthly income is less than 1000 yuan,and the disease course is more than one year.(2)Anxiety is at a moderate level,and most stroke patients with hemiplegia have anxiety.The anxiety of those who are over 70 years old,have no spouse,have primary and junior high school education,are laid off,the family’s per capita monthly income is less than 1000 yuan,the medical payment method is at their own expense,and the course of disease is more than 1 year is at a moderate level.(3)The quality of life is medium.The quality of life is better for those who are younger than 50 years old,have a spouse,college education,in-service,the per capita monthly income of the family is more than 5000 yuan,the medical payment method is employee medical insurance,and the course of disease is less than half a year.(4)The lower the stigma level,the lower the anxiety level and the higher the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.(5)The influencing factors of life quality of stroke patients with hemiplegia include age,educational level,occupational status,family per capita monthly income,medical payment mode,course of disease,shame and anxiety.(6)The stigma of stroke patients with hemiplegia can directly affect the quality of life,and it can also affect the quality of life through the indirect effect of anxiety.
