The Clinical Research Of Life Quality And Hemiplegic Spastic Of Upper Limb With Huici Combined Rehabilitation Training On The Patients After Stroke

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical research of HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training on Patients with hemiplegia spasm of upper limb after stroke and quality of life.Methods90cases of upper limb after stroke patients with hemiplegia spasm,according to the classification of the random samPling method, it is divided into30cases of HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training group (group A),30cases of baclofen combined with rehabilitation training group (group B),30cases of pure rehabilitation training group (group C). The three groups take a month for a period of treatment, continuous observation of two periods of treatment. Take Neural Dysfunction Scale (NDS),modified Ashworth spastieity scale(MAS), activities of daily liv ing (ADL scale,Barthel index), physical and mental health and quality of life score (SF-36) as observation indexes,compared before and after treatment of three groups of four indicators in patients with improvement and overall clinical curative effect.ResultsBefore the treatment, there were no significant difference of age, sex, NDS score, MAS score, ADL score, SF-36score between the three groups(P>0.05).1.Results of NDS:compared with before treatment, the NDS scores of each group were significantly decreased after treatment with significant difference (P<0.01). The comparison group score decreased statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05). NDS rating decreased after treatment value from high to low in order to HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training group (group A),and baclofen combined with rehabilitation training group (group B),pure rehabilitation training group (group C). The difference between group A and group B were significant,as well as group A and group C (P<0.05).2. Results of MAS:compared with before treatment,Ashworth score of Each group were significantly decreased after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.01). There were no statistical difference between three groups of compare scores decline after treatment (P>0.05). Ashworth score after treatment decreased value from high to low in order to HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training group (group A),and baclofen combined with rehabilitation training group (group B),pure rehabilitation training group (group C). With no statistical significance between group A and group B (P>0.05),between group A and group C was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Results of ADL:compared with before treatment,the ADL score of each group were significantly improved after treatment with significant difference (P<0.01). The comparison group score decreased statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).Barthel index after treatment to improve value from high to low in order to restore combined with rehabilitation training group (group A), and baclofen combined with rehabilitation training group (group B), pure rehabilitation training group (group C). The difference between group A and group B were significant,as well as group A and group C (P<0.05).4. Results of SF-36:compared with before treatment,the SF-36score of each group were significantly improved after treatment with significant difference (P<0.01). Three groups after treatment scores improved statistically significant (P<0.05). SF-36score after treatment to improve value from high to low in order to HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training group (group A),and baclofen combined with rehabilitation training group (group B),pure rehabilitation training group (group C). The difference between group A and group B were significant,as well as group A and group C (P<0.05).ConclusionHuiCi combined with rehabilitation training,baclofen combined with rehabilitation training and pure rehabilitation training can all effectively improve upper limb hemiplegia after stroke spasticity and their quality of life, HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training on improving the indicators were significantly better than simple rehabilitation group, the degree of nerve function defect,life activity,physical and mental health and quality of life also significantly superior to baclofen combined with rehabilitation training,in terms of spasm degree,although there was no significant difference, but the score improvement is more obvious. HuiCi combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve upper limb hemiplegia after stroke spasticity and the patient’s quality of life.
