Professor Guo Enmian's Medication Rule For Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Purpose:Based on the effective prescription of Professor Guo Enmian for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),excavate the rules of prescriptions,discover potential combinations and new prescriptions,and explore the academic study of Professor Guo Enmian in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis Features.Method:The case collection was collected from patients visiting Guo Enmian,an old Chinese medicine studio in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.Cases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 119 effective prescriptions were determined.Using software association rules,improved mutual information algorithm,entropy clustering algorithm,and from the perspectives of medication frequency,drug compatibility,and commonly used counterparts,the medication rule was obtained and found Potential combinations and new parties.Results:1.Through frequency analysis,it is concluded that patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are more common in spleen and kidney deficiency,and there are more women.2.Through frequency analysis,the total medicines are 136 flavors,and the top 10 medicines used are cornus,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Chinese wolfberry,Cuscuta,Golden Sakura,Taizishen,Cicada Moss,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Imperata cylindrica root.The top 3 in frequency of medicinal properties: flat,warm and cold.The top 3 tastes of medicine: sweet,bitter,and astringent.The top 3 of the frequency of the five internal organs returning to menstruation:liver,kidney,and spleen.3.Through the analysis of association rules,the core prescriptions are drawn: Cicada slug,Radix Pseudostellariae,Cuscuta vulgaris,Dog spine,Small thistle,Imperata cylindrica root,Golden cherry seed,Chinese wolfberry,Atractylodes rhizome,Astragalus,Cornus,Hedyotis diffusa.The high-frequency drugs include "Fructus Corni,Cuscuta","Astragalus,Taizishen","Salvia,Eupatorium","Cicada Slough,Stiff Silkworm".4.Through the hierarchical clustering analysis,it is concluded that the commonly used drugs are "Tusizi,Chinese wolfberry","Cicada slough donkey-hide gelatin","White grass root,Peilan","Dangshen,lotus seed" and so on.There are 17 groups of potential keratin medicines,which are divided into five categories: tonic deficiency,relieve solid,hemostatic urine,eliminate protein,and calm nerves.Tonic type: Yin and Yang are supplemented as the main Gorgon,Astragalus,and lotus;Qi-yin double tonic is the main Atractylodes macrocephala,Ligustrum lucidum,Achyranthes bidentata;To invigorate the spleen,mainly gorgon,yam,and white lentils;Yishenyang is the main ingredient of Yizhiren,Achyranthes,Morinda officinalis;Dispelling dampness: heat-clearing and dampening mainly Polyporus umbellatus,Phellodendron cortex,Big belly hair,Polyporus umbellatus,Lysimachia,Shiwei;Diuresis and swelling are mainly Poria,Alisma,Imperata cylindrica root,Plantago Seed,Watermelon Peel,Shijue Ming;To invigorate dampness and promote qi,mainly Amomum villosum,dog’s ridge and eucommia ulmoides;To remove blood stasis: mainly salvia miltiorrhiza,Eupatorium adenophorum and Panax notoginsengTo dispel blood stasis and dispel wind,mainly cicada slough,salvia and adenophora Hemostasis: astringent and hemostasis are mainly agrimony,madder,and yellow charcoal;To clear away heat and cool blood,mainly Imperata cylindrica root,thistle and madder;Tonic deficiency and stop bleeding are mainly dog’s ridge,eucommia and panax notoginseng;Elimination of protein: Yishen Gujing mainly myrobalan,yam,lotus seed;Soufengtongluo like cicada slough,rigid silkworm,oldenlandia diffusa;Soothing category: turmeric,wild jujube seed,polygala.5.Through entropy cluster analysis,28 3-5 potential drug groups are obtained,and 14 new prescriptions for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis are obtained.Conclusion:1.The rule of medication is to adjust the balance of yin and yang of the viscera from the overall perspective,to strengthen the body and eliminate evil.Focusing on both the symptoms and the root causes,the core treatment is "Yiqi tonic,dampness and blood stasis dredging" as the core treatment method,with stable curative effect.2.The characteristics of medication are cold and warm,and the treatment is based on the liver;proficient in medicinal properties,good at medication;combined with pharmacology,"old" drugs are used new.3.The research results provide a new basis for the clinical prescription of TCM treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,but it needs to be analyzed by dialectical analysis and interpreted by experts to exclude the parts that are not in line with the clinical reality.
