Training injuries refer to the damage to the organizational structure or organs of trainees caused by physical training.Relevant studies have found that new trainees are a high-risk group of training injuries,and physical training are the main subjects of injuries.Among the many influencing factors of training injuries,organizational training,as an independent influencing factor,can reduce the occurrence of training injuries by improving the ability of training instructor.In this study,this part of the ability of training instructors as the basic literacy of physical training that is,in the stage of new trainees training and common subject training,training instructors represented by squad leaders have the knowledge level and practical ability in physical training and use it.These knowledge and skills guide physical training,the ability to prevent training injuries,and improve training levels,referred to as basic literacy.Therefore,we should pay attention to the basic literacy of training instructors,explore the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,track and grasp the current situation of training instructors timely,find out existing problems,and provide reference for relevant departments to formulate policies.ObjectiveIn order to scientifically,reasonably and accurately evaluate the basic literacy level of training instructors,this study intends to construct an evaluation index system for training instructors’basic literacy through qualitative and quantitative research methods,determine the weights of each indicator,and explore the relationship between basic literacy,training injuriesand physical training performance.Through the questionnaire,the relevant data of training instructorsin different units are collected,sorted and analyzed,and combined with the interviews with front-line training instructor representatives,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the decision-making of relevant departments.MethodsUsing literature research,on-site investigation,expert consultation and other methods,combined with the rules and characteristics of training instructors’organizational training,the evaluation index of training instructors’basic literacy was constructed,and the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.A preliminary survey was conducted on 83 training instructorsin a certain unit,and a questionnaire with good reliability and validity was formed.On the basis of the pre-investigation,the basic information,training injuries and training performance of the291 new trainees of the Ministry were investigated,and the relationship between basic literacy,training injuries and training performance was discussed.Using the method of multi-stage sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 326 training instructorsfrom 4 different units.The survey content included two parts:personal basic situation and basic literacy evaluation.Representatives of training instructors from a certain department were interviewed.Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the current situation of basic literacy of 83 training instructorsand 326 training instructorsin four different units,as well as the basic information,training injuries and training performance of 291 new trainees;t-test,F test,rank sum test,Dunn’s z test,LSD test,?(17)test,Fisher exact probability method,multiple linear regressionwere used to explore the relationship between basic literacy and training injuries,physical training and its influencing factors,the test levelα=0.05.Results1.Established an evaluation system for the basic literacy of training instructorsThrough expert consultation and AHP,Three first-level indicators of basic quality,basic theory and basic skills,8 second-level indicators,and 43 third-level indicators were constructed.The selection of experts is representative,and from the perspective of consultation results,it has high authority and consistency.The index weight results are reliable,the consistency test results are better,and the index with higher weight coefficient is the ability that the current training instructorsurgently need to master.The questionnaire design is rigorous and scientific,initially forming an evaluation tool for practical investigation,and the scientificity of the evaluation system has been further verified through pre-investigation.2.Verified the effectiveness of the basic literacy evaluation systemOn the basis of the pre-investigation,by analyzing the training injuries of 291 new trainees,the personal influencing factors of training injuries and training performance of new trainees were discussed.After comprehensive research and judgment,80 points are tentatively set as the critical value of whether the training instructors of the unit have basic literacy.If the squad leader has basic literacy,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of training injuries of new trainees.Although the direct impact of the squad leader’s basic literacy on training performance may not be obvious at this stage,it can indirectly affect training performance through training injuries.It also further explained the effectiveness of the questionnaire in evaluating the basic literacy of the newly trained backbone and the role of this literacy in preventing training injuries.3.Investigated the basic literacy of training instructors in different unitsUsing the method of multi-stage sampling,326 new trainee straining instructors from 4 different units were selected to analyze the score of basic physical training training literacy,the scores of three dimensions and their influencing factors.The results show that in terms of basicliteracy,the difference between the scores of different age,unit,education level,working years and rank is statistically significant in single factor analysis,and the difference between different units,education level,working years,ways of obtaining training knowledge and training performance is statistically significant in multi factor analysis;In terms of basic quality,the difference between the scores of different units,working years and rank was statistically significant by single factor analysis,and the difference between different units,working years and training performance was statistically significant by multi factor analysis;In terms of basic theory,single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of different units,marriage status,education level,working years and rank,and multi factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of different units,education level,working years and training performance;In terms of basic skills,the difference between the scores of different units,educational level,working years and rank is statistically significant by single factor analysis,and the difference between different units,educational level,working years and ways of training knowledge acquisition is statistically significant by multi factor analysis.The main reasons for the analysis are:first,there are differences in the nature of different units;second,work experience is an important factor;third,personal circumstances play an important role.4.Interviews with grassroots troops training instructorsThis part conducts qualitative interviews by selecting 15 key representatives of new training instructors who are responsible for the training of new trainee.The focus is on the newly trained backbones,aiming at preventing training injuries,to discuss the composition of the newly trained backbones’abilities and the countermeasures to improve them,mainly including:First,The three injury-causing factors of self-quality,group training factors and logistical support were clarified;the second was to discuss the three basic qualities that should be covered by excellent intrinsic quality,outstanding training performance and strong group training ability;the third was to propose to increase Practice training,strengthen business learning,and formulate countermeasures and suggestions for related systems.5.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving basic literacy of training instructorsThis part mainly discusses how to improve the basic literacy of training instructors.It mainly includes the following aspects:first,improve the station position and promote the establishment of training and selection standards for training instructors;Second,with a long-term view,gradually improve the selection standards and quality of training instructors;Third,establish guidance and continuously enhance the enthusiasm of training instructors for autonomous learning;Fourth,standardize training and constantly optimize the learning and growth path of training instructors;Fifth,build high-quality products and actively forge the training instructor training system;Sixth,consolidate the foundation and constantly formulate and improve various supporting guarantee mechanisms.ConclusionBased on training injury prevention,this research focuses on scientific group training,and builds an evaluation system for the basic literacy of training instructors.On the basis of empirical research,it proposes management strategies to explore new paths for preventing injuries and improving training performance for new trainees.
