The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Xian Ye Mu Zu Decoction In Treatment Of Old Ankle Sprain

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with external application of Traditional Chinese medicine compared with simple external application of traditional Chinese medicine,this study provides clinical evidence for the treatment of old ankle sprain with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing agent Xianye Muzu Decoction.Methods:Choose between January 2021 and January 2022,in jiangsu province,Chinese medicine hospital outpatient treatment,included in the standard of 60 patients with chronic ankle sprains,experimental group and control group patients,30 cases with a fixed,functional exercise and layer"easy" were applied as the foundation treatment,control group joint hot topical fumigation,experimental group joint Ye Mu enough soup for external use fumigation.The course lasted for 6 weeks,followed up every 2 weeks,and The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and AOFAS(The American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society)score were observed and recorded.Ankle joint swelling and skin allergic reaction.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:VAS score:after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,both the experimental group and the control group significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),while after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).AOFAS score results:After 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of experimental group and control group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the differences between experimental group and control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the swelling degree of ankle joint was significantly reduced in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Skin allergic reaction results:No skin allergic reaction occurred in the experimental group and control group during the treatment.Conclusions:Xianye Foot Bath decoction can effectively relieve pain,improve function and reduce swelling in the treatment of old ankle sprain,and there is no skin allergic reaction after short-term application.
