Acupuncture Combined With Electroacupuncture To Treat Acute Ankle Sprain Clinical O Observe

Objective:In this study,the clinical symptoms of acute ankle sprain were improved by the combination of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute ankle sprain that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,and 35 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.Treatment time:30 minutes/time,1 time/day,6 days for 1 course of treatment,1 day of rest,3 courses of treatment.The two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.VAS pain scales used AOFAS ankle-foot after scoring system,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom score,all evaluation indexes evaluated by the same doctor,in order to evaluate acute ankle on the improvement of their clinical symptoms,reduce the error.At the end of the treatmentSpss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze and evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment,the gender,age and course of disease were compared between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(p<0 0.05).2,The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the VAS score was lower than be fore treatment and AOFAS score was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.3 weeks after treatment in both groups compared between groups,wai thorn VAS score down significantly compared with control group,combined with electric acupuncture group AOFAS score results higher than control group obviously,difference has the obvious statistical significance(p<0.05).4.In the two groups,the clinical symptoms of TCM were compared in groups.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05).In comparison between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).5.The total effective rate was 88.57%and 77.14%in the control group after 3 weeks of treatment,and the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture for acute ankle joint was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05),Conclusion:The improvement of the symptoms of acute ankle sprain was significantly better than that of the group.
