Objective Set the norm of Probe Acupuncture Points Needle therapy Treatment for Old Ankle Sprain,and optimize the diagnosis and treatment of Old Ankle Sprain,this research may improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the pain of the patients.Probe acupuncture points needle therapy,based on theory of syndrome differentiation of TCM and aponeurotic system,and modern medicine,set a great examp.e for traditional Chinese and modern medicine treatment of,injuries and deficiencies of human joints and soft tissue.Besides,this reseach provide a platform for developing the theory of meridian point system.Methods Use the method of randomized controlled trials,60 cases are divided into 2 group randomly,one group is treated by Probe acupuncture points needle therapy,the other one is treated by regular acupuncture.To assess the therapeutic effect of Probe acupuncture points needle therapy,use the Kofoed ankle assessment to assess the instrumental activities of the ankle joint,and the simplified VAS pain scale to assess tenderness,and the general evaluation index to general efficacy.Results the total effective rate of the treatment group results in 100%,and the control group results in 80.00%,which means treatment group is superior to control group.Moreover,treatment group is superior to control group in increasing the ankle function and range of motion,alleviating pain.Conclusion Probe acupuncture points needle therapy can promote the repair of the soft tissue of old ankle sprain.increase the ankle function and range of motion,alleviate pain,and improve the life quality of the patients,the curative effect is superior to control group.The therapy of Probe Acupuncture Points Needle and meridian point system get the explicit curative effects in Old Ankle Sprain,which can be extended to clinic.
