Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Niuxi Powder

Objective:This subject is to study the clinical effect of treating primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)with Niuxi Powder as treatment group and Dingkundan as control group,and to evaluate the clinical effect of treating primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)with Niuxi Powder.In order to explore more Chinese medicine therapy for this disease,to provide new clinical experience for primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Niuxi Powder and the control group was given oral Chinese medicine Dingkun Dan.Both groups began taking drugs 7 days before and took them for 10 days.Continuous use of 3 menstrual cycles.To observe the clinical effect of visual scoring standard,symptom and sign score before and after treatment.Results:In the process,6 cases failed to follow up,and 66 cases in the group.The treatment group was 34 patients,7 cases cured,5 cases were ineffective,15 cases showed obvious effect,7 cases were effective.The total effective rate is 85.29%.In the control group,4 cases cured,7 cases were ineffective,6 cases showed obvious effect,15 cases were effective.The total effective rate is 78.13%.The scores of VAS and symptoms and signs of the two groups were decreased after treatment.Indicating that both Niuxi Powder and Dingkun Dan could effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).By statistical comparative analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant,which proved that the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Through clinical observation,it can be concluded that both Niuxi Powder and Dingkun Dan can treat primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)and improve the accompanying symptoms significantly.However,the therapeutic effect of the former is better than that of the latter,which indicates that the addition of Niuxi Powder can be used as an effective prescription for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
