Tongjing Powder On The Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome Clinical Study On Primary Dysmenorrhea

Purpose: This research aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of Tongjing powder for qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of primary dysmenorrhea(Primary Dysmenorrhea,PD),we expect to through clinical research explore the results to provide more traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic schedule for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Research method: Seventy researchers who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and voluntarily joined the investigator were divided into two groups according to the randomized digital method.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was given oral treatment of Tongjing powder.The western medicine treatment group gave the ibuprofen slow-release capsule.Take medication for three consecutive menstrual cycles,and stop medication to observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Research result: From the effectiveness of treatment,the two groups of patients all improved in TCM syndrome efficacy,distribution of various main symptoms,TCM syndrome points and VAS score of dysmenorrhea degree compared with before treatment,and were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the distribution of major symptoms(poor menstruation,blood clot,breast pain),TCM syndrome score and VAS score of dysmenorrhea degree were more significantly compared with The western medicine treatment group(P <0.05).Detection of coagulation function in thetraditional Chinese medicine treatment group found that PT was shorter compared with before treatment and APTT longer before treatment and was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Tongjing powder can improve the blood coagulation state of patients to a certain extent,and thus improve the clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis.In this study,Tongjing powder was well safe.Conclusion:1.Tongjing powder can significantly improve the TCM syndrome points and VAS score of dysmenorrhea degree of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.Tongjing powder can improve the coagulation function of hemostasis by reducing the prothrombin time and extending the time of activating partial thrombin kinase.3.Tongjing powder in the treatment of dysmenorrhea can also better improve the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially after poor practice,purple dark blood clots,breast pain.
