Clinical Study Of Sangju Qingfei Decoction Combined With Licorice Wet Compress In The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatits Of Lung And Stomach Heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxue Yangyan Decoction combined with external use of alpha hydroxyl acids in the treatment of chloasma syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and provide a basis for clinical treatment of chloasma syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and the inclusion criteria,66 female patients with chloasma qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected.According to the method of random numbers obtained by the random number table,they were randomly divided into a combination treatment group and a traditional Chinese medicine group at a ratio of 1:1,with 33 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was orally treated with Huoxue Yangyan Decoction,and the combined treatment group was treated with Niossitrionic acid(35%amygdalic acid,25%～70%glycolic acid)on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine group,once every 4 weeks,and a 12-week was a Course of treatment.Before the treatment started and in the 12th week of treatment,the patients’ facial images were collected with VISIA to record the melasma lesion area and severity(MASI)scores and TCM syndrome scores of each patient before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 software was used for relevant statistical analysis.Result:1.Both Huoxue Yangyan Decoction combined with alpha hydroxyl acids and pure Huoxue Yangyan Decoction were effective in treating chloasma syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,but the healing rate of the combined treatment group is higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the MASI scores of both the combined treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in complications(P>0.05).3.Both groups can significantly improve the symptoms of impatience,irritability,breast tenderness,dark menstrual color,blood clots,dysmenorrhea,waist and knee soreness,etc.The difference within each group itself is statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After reasonable treatment,Dermatology life Quality Index(DLQI)scores were lower than before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The treatment satisfaction of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the treatment period,the patient’s all body indexs were not abnormal,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.7.After treatment,Follow up the patients who were obvious recovery for 3 months,and the recurrence rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Huoxue Yangyan Decoction combined with alpha hydroxyl acids in the treatment of chloasma syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis has improved curative effect.And it can improve the symptoms of impatience,irritability,breast tenderness,dark menstrual color,blood clots,dysmenorrhea,waist and knee soreness,etc.2.Huoxue Yangyan Decoction combined with hydroxy acid in the treatment of chloasma qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,no obvious adverse reactions were found in clinical application,and the safety is good,which is worth popularizing.
