Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Diastolic Heart Failure Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of diastolic heart failure(CHF)with syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and blood stasis.Methods From October 1,2016 to October 1,2017,72 patients with diastolic heart failure of coronary heart disease with syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and blood stasis were prospectively collected in our hospital.All the patients were randomly assigned into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=36).During the treatment period,two cases of the both groups were fall off,and 34 cases were enrolled in each group finally.Patients in the both groups received routine treatment.On the basis of this,patients in the observation group were given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results There was no significant difference in age,sex,complications,hemoglobin,red blood cell,white blood cell,C reactive protein,creatinine,sodium,potassium and chloride ion between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in AngⅡ and NTpro-BNP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).When compared with the control group,AngⅡ in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment(61.58±20.85 vs.81.63±24.58 pg/ml);and NTpro-BNP decreased significantly(318.48±87.92 vs.471.19±80.87 pg/ml,P=0.000).There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in 6 minutes walking distance experiment(203.58±30.58 vs.208.58±28.94 m,P=0.491).When compared with the control group,patients in the observation group got longer distance of 6 minutes walking distance experiment(473.48±51.75 vs.402.58±56.83 m,P=0.000).According to TCM syndrome scores,the number of apparently effective,effective,ineffective and aggravated cases in the observation group was 5,20,8 and 1 cases,respectively,while there was 2,14,14 and 4 cases respectively in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).According to Lee’s score of heart failure and NYHA classification,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment,there were no serious complications such as liver,kidney function damage and malignant arrhythmia in the two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe is safe for coronary heart diastolic heart failure,Qi Yin deficiency and heart blood stasis syndrome with syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and blood stasis,and it can improve the symptoms of heart failure evidenced by reduced AngⅡ and NTpro-BNP and increase the 6 minutes walking distance experiment.
