| In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of food safety events, food safety issues have a high degree of social concern.Animal health supervision department is responsible for the quarantine inspection of meat food, which is one of the important parts to ensure food safety, and its quarantine in slaughterhouse is the last barrier to prevent problem pigs from entering the market. In the daily detection and quarterly monitoring of slaughterhouse of Dongguan city,"Clenbuterol"(ractopamine, clenbuterol hydrochloride, salbutamol),swine infectious diseases(Trichinella spiralis,Brucella,Japanese Encephalitis B,Classical Swine Fever and Foot-and-mouth Disease)were the key detection items. In order to evaluate the quality of raw pork in Dongguan city from 2016 to 2018,samples collected from a pig slaughterhouse were tested by the colloidal gold immunochromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test, and rose bengal plate test, according to The Regulations on Slaughtering and Quarantine of Pigs(2010 version)issued by the former Ministry of Agriculture. Then the suspected positive samples were sent to higher laboratory for final diagnosis by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)test.In this study,132840 pig blood samples and urine samples were detected from January 2016 to July 2018,among which Trichinella spiralis,Classical Swine Fever,Japanese Encephalitis B,Foot-and-mouth Disease and Brucella were all negative, while 3 batches of pork were detected ractopamine positive, with a positive batch rate of 0.03%(3/10021).In order to understand the prevalence of important swine virus diseases in the scatter-feed pig farm of Dongguan area, the nucleic acid of samples was collected from six pig farms and detected by RT-PCR for providing reference and suggestions for local slaughtering quarantine and major animal disease prevention and control. The results showed that during 2016~2018,the pathogens with high positive rate were porcine circovirus 2(15.96%),swine fever virus(13.30%)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(12.23%),followed by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(7.98%),pseudorabies virus(4.26%)and porcine delta-coronavirus(4.26%).The results showed that the use of various vaccines and the improvement of feeding management could effectively prevent and control the spread of major animal infectious diseases, but in the aspect of illegal drugs such as "Clenbuterol",some batches of slaughtered pigs still did not meet the national regulations. The prevalence of important virus diseases in pig farms in Dongguan is relatively stable. The animal health supervision department should strengthen the monitoring of the epidemic situation of zoonotic infectious diseases and the residual situation of the illegal drugs,so as effectively avoid potential public health and food safety risks caused by unqualified pig products. |
