The Main Etiological Analysis Of Nursery Pigs Diseases In Deyang City

Nursery pigs are referred to as weaned piglets, who have poor resistance to pathogen due to the imperfected development of the system of the body. Nursery pigs are extremely easy to pathogen infection because of the change of rearing environment, the increase of stress factors, the disappearance of maternal antibody and active immune antibody has not yet formed, whose incidence rate and the mortality rate are higher than other age groups.In the test 95 sick piglets in 32 pig farms from Deyang City, Sichuan Province were concentrated sampled. Common bacterial and viral pathogens were detected according to the clinical examination, in order to investigate the incidence and infection rate and provide the oretical basis and technical support for the scientific and reasonable control plan.Statistical analysis of pathogen detection results showed, the infection rate of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRSV) is the highest, which was 36.84%(35/95).And Pasteurella multocida (Pm), Streptococcus pneumonia(SS), Salmonella(SE), The pig pseudo rabies virus (PRV),Haemophilus vice pig (HPS), porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia(APP), porcine parvovirus(PPV), Classical Swine Fever virus(CSFV) infection rates were 32.63%(31/95),23.16%(22/95),17.89%(17/95),13.68%(13/95),12.63%(12/95), 10.53%(10/95),8.42%(8/95),7.37%(7/95),3.16%(3/95) oIn cases of superinfection of pathogens, the mixed infection rate of PRRS V and Pm was highest, reaching 20%(19/95). The mixed infection rate of Pm and SS was 16.84%(16/95). The mixed infection rate of PRRSV and SS was 13.68%(13/95). SE was mixed infected with PRRSV and Pm respectively reaching 11.58%(11/95). The mixed infection rate of PRRSV-PRV, PRRSV-HPS, Pm-HPS, SS-PRV was respectively 9.47%(9/95). The mixed infection rate of SS-HPS was 8.42%(8/95).PCV2 was mixed infected with PRRSV, SS and PRV respectively reached 7.37%(7/95).Pm was mixed infected with PRV, PCV2 and APP respectively reached 5.26%(5/95).PRRSV was mixed infected with APP and PPV respectively reached 4.21%(4/95).SS was mixed infected with APP, SE and PCV2 respectively reached 3.16%(3/95).PRV was mixed infected with APP, SE and PPV respectively reached 2.11%(2/95).PPV was mixed infected with Pm and PCV2 respectively reached 2.11%(2/95).The rest of the mixed infection was in one case, whose infection rate was less than or equal to 1.05%.In the triple pathogen infections, the mixed infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-SS and Pm-SE-SS was highest, reaching 7.37%. The mixed infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-SS and PRRSV-SE-SS was 5.26%. The mixed infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-HPS, PRRSV-SS-HPS, Pm-SS-HPS, Pm-PRV-HPS and SS-PRV-PCV2 was respectively 4.21%. The mixed infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-PRV, PRRSV-Pm-PCV25 PRRSV-SS-PRV, PRRSV-SS-PCV2, PRRSV-PRV-PCV2, Pm-SS-APP and Pm-PRV-PCV2 was respectively 3.16%. The mixed infection rate of PRRSV-SS-APP, PRRSV-PRV-HPS, Pm-SS-PRV, Pm-SS-PCV2, Pm-SE-HPS and PRV-PCV2-PPV was respectively 2.11%. The rest of the mixed infection was in one case, whose infection rale was less than or equal to 1.05%.In mixed infections of four pathogens, the infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-SS-SE was 3.16%. The infection rate of PRRSV-Pm-SS-PRV, PRRSV-Pm-SS-HPSr PRRSV-Pm-SS-APP, PRRSV-Pm-PRV-PCV2 and PRRSV-SS-PRV-PCV2 was respectively 2.11%.
