| In our country,the slaughter of pigs implements "specified quarantine and centralized slaughter",so slaughter plants(spots)or slaughter companies are the main sources of pork food consumption for urban and rural residents.Generally,the quality of the products is checked by separate methods of meat quality inspection and slaughter quarantine.It is the meat quality inspector sent by the slaughter company that is responsible for the slaughter inspection work;the official veterinarian on site is responsible for the quarantine.The main purpose of pig slaughter inspection and quarantine is to ensure the safety of pork and related products.It is the last line of defense for pigs from the breeding link to the "processing" link and the "table" link.Therefore,the research on the pig slaughter inspection and quarantine work of slaughter companies The status quo is very important.From July 2019 to June 2020,the author took the inspection and quarantine work of seven pig slaughter companies in Jiangjin District as the research object,using structural interviews,literature research,questionnaire surveys,comprehensive analysis and other methods to investigate seven pig slaughter companies Basic information,hardware construction,laboratory inspection equipment,key diseases and pork quality and safety,biosafety prevention and control status in inspection and quarantine,slaughter enterprise system construction,slaughter inspection and quarantine development,inspection and quarantine personnel allocation and integration According to the quality situation,it was found that: 1.The overall slaughter volume of the seven pig slaughter enterprises in Jiangjin District was much smaller than the designed slaughter volume,and the construction standards of hardware facilities were uneven;2.The laboratory inspection equipment was primitive;3.The number of inspection and quarantine personnel was insufficient;The quality needs to be strengthened;4.The overall quality of inspection and quarantine work is not high;5.The slaughter company has a certain degree of biological safety hazards.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the slaughter quarantine inspection work: 1.In view of the insufficient equipment of the slaughter enterprise testing laboratory and the uneven construction standards,it is recommended that the government increase funding and provide preferential policies for qualified designated units At the same time,slaughter companies are encouraged to carry out the creation of national pig slaughter standardization;2.In view of the poor awareness of slaughter companies’ biosafety prevention and control and the low level of prevention and control,it is recommended to improve the internal biosafety prevention and control system of the enterprise and strengthen the slaughter inspection personnel Continuing education and training work,while unblocking complaint channels,improving the inquiry platform,and building a universal supervision system;3.In view of the insufficient staffing of the slaughter inspection and quarantine team and the low overall quality,it is recommended to pay attention to the introduction and training of professional talents.Establish internal evaluation and assessment methods,encourage personnel to participate in district,municipal,and national quarantine competitions,continuously improve inspection and quarantine standards,and at the same time strengthen the warning education and publicity for official veterinarians in the field.Due to the limitations of the scope and methods of investigation during the investigation process,coupled with geographical factors,the scope of application of the results may have certain limitations,but the author hopes that this article will help improve the slaughter inspection and quarantine work of pig slaughter companies.At the same time,it can improve the quality of the industry,guide the co-governance of the society,and form a new situation in which industrial development is compatible with quality and safety. |
