Analysis Of The Data From 2010 To 2015 And Reasons For The Death Rate And Rejection Rate Of Pig Quarantine In Shanghai In Recent Years

Animal health plays an important role in food safety.It may affect the supply of animal products for human being and global business directly.Furthermore,many kinds animal diseases can be zoonotic.So,animal health has a very significant effect on human health and prevention from animal diseases.And animal health quarantine plays an essential role in animal health and meet processing.This survey investigated slaughter quarantine of pigs from several designated enterprises in Shanghai.The data was chosen from January 2010 to December 2015.The dissertation not only calculated the death rate of pigs during transportation and waiting pens,but also calculated the rate of defective carcasses.And it made statistical analysis between these rates and temperature in order to study the relativity.In the end,the factors were inferred and suggestions which may help enterprises improve benefits were offered.
