In recent years,with the improvement of per capita disposable income,the proportion of tourists choosing self-help tour is increasing,and people's consumption in tourism is becoming more and more popular and personalized.In order to meet the diversified needs of the public,the tour guide service in scenic spots has changed from the traditional manual tour guide to the portable electronic tour guide equipment,and then evolved to the current intelligent tour guide system.The construction of tourist guide is more and more perfect,and the types of tourist guide service products are more and more abundant.This paper is the author in Baidu map scene business department as an intern to participate in the scenic area intelligent tour guide paid to explain v ersion 2.0optimization design.In 2020,baidu map scenic area intelligent tour guide will upgrade the original only free AI explanation to real person explanation that can be paid to listen to.It is mainly for users who need to understand the scenic area and provide them with high-quality real person explanation service when they use Baidu map app.Product version 1.0 is mainly launched in the form of lightweight,which is not complete in the whole function process and service experience.The author participated in the optimization design of version 2.0,and the whole project lasted for6 months from project approval to complete launch.Based on baidu general workflow and the method of double diamond design process model,the project has gone through the following four design stages: firstly,it analyzes and compares the differences of different types of mobile tour guide competitive products on the market in function module,page framework,interaction process and visual experience,and sorts out the shortcomings and optimization direction of version 1.0 of its own products;Secondly,with the help of user interview,questionnaire survey,cross analysis and other forms,it summarizes the characteristics and experience needs of three different types of user portraits under the map application,simulates the user's real use process,and sums up the design strategy of product version 2.0;Then,combined with the ten interactive usability principles of Nielsen and the design strategy of version 2.0,the core function,information architecture,function flow and interface prototype of the product are redesigned.Finally,after the completion of the project development,the acceptance work was carried out in the group.The usability of the revised product was verified through the field road test in Yuanmingyuan.At the same time,the user usability test investigation was carried out in the company.It was found that the product still had the optimization in the visual aspect.After the adjustment,the iterative launch of the project was completed.From the perspective of user experience,this paper puts forward the interactive design principles and design strategies of intelligent tour guide under the background of map application,and applies them to Baidu map intel ligent tour guide interactive interface design optimization and usability test,which improves the efficiency,richness and personalized experience of intelligent tour guide products in map scenic spots,At the same time,it provides reference opinions and theoretical basis for user experience design of intelligent tour guide function under map application,and also provides corresponding reference for user research and related industry design of subsequent map intelligent tour guide products.
