With the development of the Internet and intelligent products,the traditional TV industry is changing as well as a result,intelligent TV comes into being.However,its development is still on the initial stage of hardware expansion,the simple pile of functions,complex software interfaces and interaction way for instance which lead to poor user experience and the gradual loss of the target users.At the same time,the research of intelligent TV design mainly focused on technology,TV interface or remote control design level,and lacks the research of intelligent TV human-computer interaction system.,this paper explores the principles and strategies of intelligent TV interactive design based on the angle of user behavior,combined with behavior theory,cognitive psychology and behavioral logic theory,and conducts theoretical verification through design practice,for the aim of providing new ideas and methods to promote the intelligent development of the television industry.First of all,throughout the summary of the evolution of the TV interactive mode,the usage features and existing problems,this thesis points out that the current smart TV paying more attention to the development of the function and lacking a reasonable interactive design.At the same time,by analyzing the intelligent TV interactive design content,this thesis build the interactive design model from three levels including functions and services,software interaction and hardware interaction,moreover,give the detailed analysis of intelligent TV interactive design model.Furthermore,introduces the behavioral logic theory,and points out that the object of intelligent TV interactive design is the behavior of the user,and then elaborates the theoretical content of user behavior from the perspectives of behavior and cognitive psychology,and also explores more about the relationship between user behavior and interaction design to define a clear understanding of the necessity of user behavior.Secondly,the content and method of user behavior research are analyzed.Through the quantitative and qualitative research methods such as questionnaire survey,user interview,behavior observation and task analysis,the motivation and goal of behavior,behavior logic,usage habit and operation of intelligent TV target user and so on are studied,summarize the behavior characteristics of intelligent TV users and analyzes the influencing factors of user needs,organizational logic and behavior corresponding to behavior,and provide the basis for matching and transforming user behavior and intelligent TV interactive design.Finally,the matching model of user behavior and intelligent TV software interaction and hardware interaction design elements is constructed respectively,and user behavior-oriented interactive design strategies and methods are proposed for different levels of matching model.According to the results of user behavior research to make design decision,guide the actual project case design and use behavior assessment to verify the design strategies and methods.Based on the research of behavioral logic and behavioral theory and the research data of user behavior characteristics,this thesis focuses on the mapping between user behavior and intelligent TV design elements,and constructs the interactive design of intelligent TV interface based on user behavior Methods and strategies,use the design practice to verify the method and theory to form a set of behavioral transformation mechanism.It provides a new way of thinking and research for enterprises,and also promotes the development of TV industry and enhances the user experience by providing theoretical and methodological support for the interaction design of combining the software and hardware.
