Museums are transforming from a single cultural collection and exhibition institution to a comprehensive place integrating cultural exchange, social education, exhibition and entertainment, and constantly enriching people's spiritual and cultural life in the era of the experience economy. The mobile guide tour system with smart phones as the carrier is becoming the mainstream media of museum cultural information dissemination with the in-depth development of mobile Internet, which plays the role of intelligent assistant to assist the audience in seeking personalized tour experience. However, most museum mobile guide tour systems often focus on the application of new media technology and neglect the satisfaction of users' emotional needs at present, which results in a relative lack of humanized functions and emotional experience construction. Therefore, this thesis takes the museum mobile guide tour system as the research object, and explores the formation stage and design strategy of the user's emotional experience of the mobile guide tour system with the help of emotional experience design theory, aiming at meeting the high-level emotional needs of users when visiting museums. In this way, positive emotional experience plays an important role in users' cognitive depth of cultural information, willingness to obtain cultural services, and relieving "museum fatigue",so that users can establish an emotional connection with museums, thus enhancing museum brand competitiveness and cultural influence.Firstly, this topic clarifies the relationship among museum, audience, and guide media, and clarifies the category and value of design research from the perspective of museum cultural information dissemination and audience experience theory.Secondly, starting from the ontology of the research object, this thesis analyzes the mainstream guide tour system mode, interactive characteristics, service scenarios, technology application, and development trend of the existing museum mobile guide tour system. This thesis combs the current situation and shortcomings of user experience of the mobile guide tour system and puts forward the necessity and value points of emotional experience design for research objects combined with the related theories of emotional experience and typical case studies. Then, the user emotional experience elements and targets of the mobile guide tour system are extracted layer by layer, and the content characteristics are analyzed according to the three-level theory of emotional experience. The influencing factors of the emotional experience of the users of the mobile guide tour system are refined and analyzed in weight, taking this as the user research idea, with the help of the design research methods of field experiment, user interview, shadow observation, and questionnaire survey, and the user experiences analysis methods of user portrait, experience map and situation description. After that, the four stages of the formation of the positive emotional experience of target users in the mobile guide tour system are summarized combined with the time characteristics of user experience: the stage of perceived existence-the generation of user expectation;cognitive content stage-formation of use comfort;the guidance of the tour stage-assist the acquisition of participation and pleasure;continuous impact stage-satisfaction of tour accomplishment and cultural identity.A strategy model for emotional experience design at different stages is proposed from four aspects based on this, combining the psychological characteristics of target users and the influencing factors of high weight ratio emotional experience: sensory attraction, information presentation, interactive guidance, and emotional memory. Finally, the proposed design strategy model is applied, verified, and reflected through the design practice, and the overall thinking of the full text is reviewed to reflect on the limitations of the research.
