In the current fierce competition in the business environment of our country's market economy,what kind of company strategy and management method to choose is an important issue that every enterprise needs to consider first when facing increasingly fierce competition.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet economy and e-commerce trend,the entire consumer goods retail industry has also undergone tremendous changes in raw material procurement,production and processing,logistics and warehousing,payment and settlement.The TV shopping industry,which relies on radio and television media,faces severe challenges in the development of the industry under the competition of new e-commerce media.Especially in recent years,influencer marketing and live stream network platform has raised the issue for the already struggling TV shopping industry.To meet new challenges,as a service provider and supplier company relying on the survival of the shopping platform,how to seek its own survival and development in this market environment,how to choose the business mode of the company reasonably,improve the management level of the company,and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises is a problem that many merchants and enterprises in the TV shopping industry need to solve urgently.This article takes YN,a supplier and service provider in the TV shopping industry,as the research object,focuses on the implementation process of YN's low-cost operation strategy,and starts a comprehensive analysis of the company's actual operations through the study of the company's external macro environment,industry overview and the company's internal situation.The organization structure,channel management,product management,financial status,development goals and other related primary data,using qualitative analysis and discussion as the main method,supplemented by quantitative analysis,aiming at YN's long-standing unreasonable cost structure and product development in operation The main problems such as high cost,insufficient channel management system construction,and unclear company development direction,research and formulate specific measures and implementation steps of low-cost operation development strategy.Through the comparison of the company's operating data before and after the implementation of the strategy,the relevant conclusions drawn in this paper have strong practical and reference significance in the same industry in the TV shopping industry.
