Research On The Evaluation Of Academic Influence Of Scientific Research Workers In Library And Information Field In China

Scientific research activity is a kind of conscious and purposeful independent activity.The main body of scientific research activity is scientific research workers.Scientific research workers and scientific research activities are measured through scientific research evaluation activities.Academic influence evaluation can not only restrain some non-standard scientific research activities,but also become the motivation for researchers to strengthen independent research and development.At present,there are some phenomena of academic plagiarism and academic fraud in our country,which seriously violates academic ethics and has a bad impact on the academic atmosphere in our country.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the scientific research evaluation system in China and attach importance to the evaluation of academic influence.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical value for the research on the evaluation system of academic influence of Chinese researchers.However,current research workers for excessive reliance for evaluating the academic influence of number of traditional measurement indexes such as papers,with the development of Internet technology,the academic research type and academic influence scope expands unceasingly,if only through a number of scientific research workers to evaluate academic influence,hard to avoid is too one-sided,ignoring the contribution to the force outside of scientific research workers in the literature.Therefore,Altmetrics has been paid attention and studied by the academic circle since it was proposed.However,Altmetrics is an emerging evaluation indicator,and most of them are selected from foreign social platforms,which is not fully applicable to the evaluation of the academic influence of Chinese researchers.Therefore,research workers in this paper,from the academic literature influence and academic cooperation,academic social influence three aspects to our country books intelligence researchers in the field of academic influence to make a comprehensive evaluation,and the literature metrology,cooperation comparators and Altmetrics combination of scientific research workers of the evaluation of the academic influence.In this process,this paper refers to the foreign Altmetrics indicator selection platform,selects the domestic academic social platform,and selects the representative Altmetrics indicator.This paper explains the applicability of comprehensively evaluating the academic influence of researchers through the influence of academic literature,the influence of academic cooperation and the influence of academic social interaction from the perspective of theory through the research methods of literature research and comparative analysis.And construct the evaluation index system of academic influence of scientific research workers in the field of library and information in our country,through the factor analysis and principal component analysis to study the actual data,demonstrate the rationality of evaluating the academic influence of scientific research workers in the field of library and information in our country from these three aspects.This paper provides a new way of thinking for the improvement of China's scientific research evaluation system,and strives to make contributions to the improvement of China's scientific research level.
