Evaluation On Academic Influence Based On Altmetrics From The Persprctive Of Knowledge Dissemination

Scientific communication is the core of scientific activities and an important way of knowledge dissemination.With the development of big data technology,the mode of scientific communication has changed quietly.Online scientific communication can reflect the influence of diversified scientific achievements.The high efficiency and wide academic influence brought by online scientific research communication create an essential way for knowledge dissemination and creation,and also bring many advantages for scholars.In this changing environment,Altmetrics is a new model of academic impact evaluation based on online scientific communication.This paper first gives an overview of alternative metrology and discusses the feasibility and advantages of the impact assessment of scientific research achievements based on alternative metrology.Through literature retrieval and data collection,a comprehensive evaluation model of scholars' comprehensive academic influence is constructed in this paper.Combined with alternative metrology and bibliometrics indexes,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed.Analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy method are selected to give weight to the index system.Scholars in the field of Information Management were selected as samples on the Altmetrics.com platform.TOPSIS algorithm was used to conduct an empirical study on the comprehensive impact assessment model of scholars,and the comprehensive academic impact assessment ranking of scholars in the sample data was finally obtained.In view of the effectiveness of the model indicator system,factor analysis method is used to analyze its components,and it is concluded that the indicator system can measure the comprehensive influence of traditional academic influence and social media influence.According to the research results of the model,the traditional academic influence of scholars is compared with the comprehensive academic influence of scholars,and scholars are divided into four categories: "star","expert","well-known" and "ordinary".According to the research of the full text,to enhance the level of the comprehensive influence of scholars put forward the following Suggestions:(1)Promote academic literacy by using the emerging media properly.(2)Popularize domestic scholars on the use of scientific research personnel identification(3)Establish a scientific research personnel comprehensive academic influence evaluation system(4)Increase the application of alternative metrology.
