Comparative Analysis Of The Influence Of Papers Of Different Academic Groups

The importance of scientific research evaluation system for scientific research development is self-evident.Through reasonable scientific research evaluation methods,managers can help select and select outstanding scientific research personnel and allocate resources reasonably,thus further promoting the development of national scientific research.As the main producer of scientific research,scientific research scholars are most sensitive to the orientation of scientific research evaluation system.Scholars' own interests such as promotion of titles,selection of awards,and acquisition of scientific research resources are closely related to the evaluation system of scientific research.Nowadays,many countries and regions are constantly improving and perfecting their research evaluation system,because unreasonable scientific evaluation and incentive policies are likely to make research researchers'research output too biased toward certain indicators,thus deviating from normal scientific research.The law of output.Due to the difference between the scientific evaluation system and the reward promotion system,the influence of scientific research scholars in different countries and regions also presents different characteristics.However,scientific research papers are the most important form of scientific research output in the world.Most scientific research scholars publish their own scientific research results in the form of papers.Therefore,the influence of scientific research papers can largely reflect the academic influence of a scholar.force.This paper adopts the method of bibliometrics,and uses research papers as research data to analyze the influence of scholars' papers under different scientific evaluation systems.The sample selection and comparison methods have certain practical significance.The specific method is to select the editors of the top journals of crop science in China,the United States and Europe,and some of the general professors who have published in these three journals as a sample of scholars,which makes the research objects comparable.Through the "Agricultural and Natural Resources Database"(CAB ABSTRACTS)on the Ovid platform,the "International Agricultural Science and Technology Information System"(AGRIS),and the"Agricultural Online Search Database"(AGRICOLA)to retrieve scholarly research papers,and then through the WOS database obtain the citation data of these papers,and then compare the papers,the impact factors of the journals,the citations of the papers,the scholars' h index,the Altmetrics,the citations of the papers and the average citations of the same period as indicators to comprehensively compare China and the United States.And the influence of three academic groups in Europe.The results show that the influence of Chinese scholars' research papers is higher than that of American and European scholars only under the condition of journal impact factor.According to the statistics of other indicators,the influence of Chinese scholars'research papers is lower than that of the United States and European scholar.
